Gemma Grainger has named what looks like her strongest available team, with just one change from the defeat to Switzerland.

Lily Woodham comes into the side in place of the injured Ceri Holland, a change which could see Rachel Rowe start in a more advanced role.

Wales: Laura O'Sullivan, Rhiannon Robers, Hayley Ladd, Gemma Evans, Lily Woodham, Sophie Ingle (capt), Angharad James, Jess Fishlock, Rachel Rowe, Carrie Jones, Kayleigh Green.

Subs: Olivia Clark, Safia Middleton-Patel, Maria Francis-Jones, Megan Wynne, Elise Hughes, Helen Ward, Charlie Estcourt, Anna Filbey, Chloe Bull, Chloe Williams, Georgia Walters, Ffion Morgan.

Hello and welcome to our coverage of this evening's friendly between Wales and Finland in Pinatar, Spain.

Wales' players are back together for the first time since that agonising World Cup play-off final loss to Switzerland just over a month ago.

Wales made history by getting so close to a major tournament, although that did not make the Swiss defeat any easier to swallow.

But Gemma Grainger and her players have no choice but to look ahead to Euro 2025. Preparations for Wales' next qualifying campaign start here.

Let's have a look at the team Grainger has picked, as well as how Finland line up.
