I can't tell you a thing about the opening stages of this match as I was on a special mission to check on the fans' protest at Firhill.

Around 100 Jags supporters are by the canal, in full song, protesting against the current board and the ratification of the PTFC Trust as new fan owners.

They're also trying to cheer the team on. They heard the goal going in, but it was at the other end of the ground so they didn't see it.

    Fraserburgh 0-1 Arbroath

Credit to Bobby Linn for keeping his composure to slot home for Arbroath, but it has to be said that it was a goal that was very much against the run of play. Since the goal, though, Arbroath's tails have very much been up.

Centre-half Ryan Nolan with a glorious glancing header on the end of Dylan Easton's cross just skims by the post. Best chance for the home side and the game so far.

Funny old game. On my way outside to check on the fans' protest here at Firhill, I bumped into the Rangers sporting director Ross Wilson on his way to the guest lounge. Was NOT expecting to see him here.

Wonder if the talks on an incoming new manager have gone so well that he can take in some football this afternoon? Rangers do have a couple of players on loan here in Tony Weston, who is on the bench, and Cole McKinnon.
