League One Fleetwood Town are in the fourth round for the first time after defeating QPR 2-1 and League One Ipswich have hammered Championship side Rotherham 4-1.
Sheffield United go through after winning the all-Championship tie at Millwall 2-0 and Sunderland, who finished the game with 15-year-old substitute Chris Rigg on the pitch, scored two late goals to win 2-1 at League One Shrewsbury.
