Wolves haven't looked comfortable, even at the back. Sarkic tried to play one out to the right and it was off target and then tried to sweep one out to the left and that's uncertain as well.

Well absolutely outstanding. They take this applause from their fans and so does the manager. To a man they were outstanding. Huge upset when you consider how good Newcastle have been this season.

What a game, what a cup tie! Give Sheffield Wednesday massive praise they had a go at Newcastle, they didn't sit back, they were forced back in the last 15 minutes.

Newcastle will kick themselves, they had glorious chances and could have put the game to bed but Wednesday stuck at it, rolled their sleeves up and they deserved it.

Our first sign of Cody Gakpo and it's a promising one. He shifts the ball on to his left foot, shoots low at goal from inside the penalty area, but Wolves goalkeeper Matija Sarkic has his angles correct and gets his body behind the shot.

  10. CLOSE!published at 4 mins

Mohamed Salah won the free-kick and takes it. He lifts it over the wall but it doesn't come down quick enough and Matija Sarkic had got across his line so would've pushed it over anyway.

Liverpool, without the injured Virgil van Dijk, are pretty much at full strength of what they have left and win a free-kick right on the edge of the penalty area as Toti wipes out Mohamed Salah.
