Save!
David Raya to Brentford's rescue again. Rodrigo beats Ethan Pinnock and breaks away. Wilfried Gnonto is with him and is found by the Spaniard for a shot from an angle that Raya pushes aside.
Probably the best opening of the game.
Man City 3-0 Wolves
Riyad Mahrez thinks he scores City's fourth, a delightfully dinked finish, but the flag is up for offside.

Chance...for Wolves.
New man Pablo Sarabia controls and sweeps a shot goalbound, which is brilliantly blocked in the centre of goal by Nathan Ake.
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
Leeds are getting frustrated.
Rodrigo is shown a yellow card for petulantly throwing the ball in response to a throw not going his way.
Referee Peter Bankes hasn't really had a hold of this game at all. A few times he has found himself struck by the ball because he's not gotten himself out of the way.

Haaland punishes, he does not let anything go. If he sniffs any signs of danger, he is on you like a flash. He's like a killer in the box.
How quickly he gets the ball out of his feet and looks to get a shot on target.
He is so quick, he's an outstanding player.
Man City 3-0 Wolves
City look like they might bag a few more but Jack Grealish's cross is too close to Jose Sa, who collects without issues on this occasion.
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
Bryan Mbuemo twice relieves the pressure on Brentford by getting two fouls. The first wasn't, with him just flopping to the floor to win it, the second very much is, though, as he is clattered soon after in the middle of the pitch.
Man City 3-0 Wolves
JUST a hat-trick today, Erling Haaland's work is done.
He makes way before the hour mark for World Cup winner Julian Alvarez.

Liz: Seriously: average teams NEED to stop trying to play out from the back. You're not good enough to do it! Even we get it wrong sometimes (Ederson last week). It's just stupid. Stop doing it!
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
Our wait for a true bit of attacking quality goes on.
Jack Harrison tries to get Wilfried Gnonto in with a ball into the box but the Italian forward can't get the ball under control.

We saw a howler from Ederson midweek against Spurs and there is a howler from Sa here in the Wolves goal.
Man City pinch it and one player you don't want the ball to fall to is Haaland. He is clinical. He just picks his head up, one touch, finds the bottom corner.
You might not see Haaland score a simpler goal all season
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
Save!
Leeds are slowly coming to life, cranking up the pressure.
This is the first tricky save either keeper has had to make, David Raya diving to his left to push away Rodrigo's low shot from range.
Erling Haaland (53 mins)
HAT-TRICK!
It's an absolute catastrophe on Jose Sa's part, he gifts the ball straight to Riyad Mahrez.
The Algerian can shoot himself but very unselfishly passes the ball off for Erling Haaland, to stroke into an open net.
A case of how many he will get now, already up to 25 Premier League goals for the campaign.
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
Big shouts for a handball from the home crowd and some of the Leeds players.
The referee isn't interested, though, and with good reason. Max Wober's shot from range struck Ethan Pinnock in the chest.
Man City 2-0 Wolves
Three!
No!
Riyad Mahrez's header from Jack Grealish chip to the back post is into the side-netting.
Half of the crowd thought they were cheering another, they all sit back down.
Leeds 0-0 Brentford
A shot on target.
Leeds are plugging away here, looking to make something happen. Brenden Aaronson cuts back on to his right foot on the edge of the box but his shot is plucked out of the air by David Raya.
