    Chelsea 0-1 Southampton

Chelsea need to score at least two goals now to win this. They haven't scored two goals in a game since the start of November. A big, big test for Graham Potter, whose side once again lack bite in attack.

  2. Postpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Everton 0-0 Leeds

Into injury-time... and Leeds have a half a chance to nick a lead which they wouldn't really deserve.

A cross from the left finds Crysencio Summerville, but the diminutive forward's header loops into the roof of Everton's net.

  3. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Brentford 0-0 Crystal Palace

Last on Match of the Day if the second half is like the first.

  4. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Wolves 0-0 Bournemouth

No goals and not much excitement in truth. Wolves have been the better side.

  5. YELLOW CARDSpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Everton 0-0 Leeds

More cards than Christmas at Goodison.

Leeds midfielder Tyler Adams and Everton winger Dwight McNeil see yellow for the initial confrontation, so too do Adams' bezzie Weston McKennie and Abdoulaye Doucoure - who tries to stick up for McNeil - for getting involved.

  6. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Manchester City

At half-time, Manchester City are on course to go back to the top of the table.

  7. goal

GOAL - Chelsea 0-1 Southamptonpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    James Ward-Prowse

    What a goal!

Stuart Armstrong is fouled on the edge of the area and Southampton have a free kick right in James Ward-Prowse territory. His name is chanted by the away fans and the midfielder steps up to fire in superbly.

  8. Postpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Manchester City

Jack Grealish has been directly involved in six goals for City since returning from the World Cup. His record before Qatar was one in eight games.

  9. 'Worth the wait'published at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Man City

    Pat Nevin
Former Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live at the City Ground

That goal was certainly worth the wait. Nottingham Forest were just too deep. It goes to say Manchester City have been the better team by some distance.

  10. Postpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Everton 0-0 Leeds

    Ooof! This is not pleasant.

Leeds' Tyler Adams is not happy with whatever Everton's Dwight McNeil has said/done and the pair square up before exchanging raised hands.

Last time Goodison saw a decent scrap like this involved Tony Bellew.

McNeil stumbles to the ground and needs a steward to protect him. More than half a dozen other players get involved.

Ref Andy Madley has some sorting out to do here...

  11. Postpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Manchester City

Jack Grealish is fairly tackled in the box and then has a little whine as he likes to do before sarcastically applauding the referee. Maybe slightly fortunate to not be booked.

  12. Postpublished at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Chelsea 0-0 Southampton

The ball pings about a bit on the edge of the Chelsea area as Southampton struggle to control before Mohamed Elyounoussi lashes a shot high over the bar.

Three minutes to go until the break.

  13. Postpublished at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Manchester City

That is Bernardo Silva's first goal since August. His recent positions would have seen him called a utility man in the past...

  14. goal

GOAL - Nottingham Forest 0-1 Manchester Citypublished at 15:41 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Bernardo Silva (41 mins)

    Boom.

Jack Grealish rolls a pass across and Bernardo Silva runs onto it before drilling the ball past Keylor Navas with a first-time drive from 20 yards.

  15. Postpublished at 15:41 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Brighton 0-0 Fulham

Bring out the bunting! A shot at goal and save to be made.

Brighton midfielder Alexis Mac Allister - sorry, Alexis World Cup Winner Mac Allister, to give his full name - swivels smartly to force Fulham keeper Bernd Leno into action.

Typical Leeds, go toe to toe with Man Utd, struggling against Everton.

    Karl, Rotterdam

This is the poorest I've seen Chelsea under Potter so far. Hard to see where the goals are coming from and the game is being largely controlled by a manager-less team who are bottom of the league.

  17. CLOSE!published at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Wolves 0-0 Bournemouth

Pablo Sarabia had Wolves' best chance of the game earlier and he goes close again, this time drawing a save out of Neto at his near post.

If anyone is going to score it is the home side looking most likely.

  18. Postpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Manchester City

Oh my, what a strike this would have been. Occasional left-back Bernardo Silva, with no back-lift, blasts an effort in from outside the box which sails just the wrong side of the top corner.

  19. Postpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Everton 0-0 Leeds

This is why Illan Meslier is regarded as one of Europe's top young keepers.

More pressure from Everton - again from another set-piece - sees the Frenchman sharply change direction to acrobatically push wide James Tarkowski's header.

Everton will feel they should be a goal ahead in this relegation scrap.

  20. Will Forest keep focus?published at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time 18 February 2023

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Man City

    Pat Nevin
Former Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live at the City Ground

Can Manchester City keep the pace up? Will Nottingham Forest keep their concentration? Their concentration levels have to be 100% for 100% of the time. It gets harder every minute that goes by.
