How do you think the second half will pan out?

Hit the thumbs up if you think Villa will win, or the thumbs down if you think Spurs can find a way to recover this one.

    HT: Aston Villa 2-1 Tottenham

Aston Villa go into the break with the advantage after quickfire goals from Kenza Dali and Rachel Daly.

Beth England scored her first goal in a Spurs shirt to give the visitors a surprise lead, but in reality they've not really been in this one.

Will the second half be more of a contest, or are we due more of the same?

Great save! Tinja-Riika Korpela gets down quick enough to meet a Rachel Daly volley at the near post and denied Daly her second goal of the afternoon.

    Aston Villa 1-2 Tottenham

We're in the middle of a period of Spurs pressure now as they've had a string of throw-ins but they can't seem to find a way to get the ball into the box.

Nothing comes of that corner, but Villa go again and are attacking with more energy than at any other point in this half.

Spurs are on the back foot and are being kept out of the play at the moment.

Villa definitely aren't content with only leading by a single goal here. They go forward again and a Daly shot is turned behind for a corner.

    Rachel Daly (38 mins)

    We will!

Rosella Ayane is dispossessed by Kirsty Hanson on the left. She races down the wing and cuts back for Rachel Daly who now claims the top spot in the WSL top scorers rankings.

    Villa probably deserve this lead.

That goal has put the wind behind Villa. They're advancing again, passing it around and toying with the Spurs defence.

Will we see another goal before the break?

    Kenza Dali (34 mins)

    Well that makes a difference!

Not sure Tinja-Riika Korpela was expecting that. Villa have tried to play their way to clear-cut chances so Kenza Dali tries something different and hits it from distance and it pays off.

The Spurs keeper dives but can't get to the ball quickly enough.

Villa will be even more infuriated now by the fact they didn't capitalise on all of their dominance.

Their pressure waned a little in the run-up to that goal and Spurs showed how it only takes one chance to change the game.

The hosts have had the better of this tie but it doesn't matter for the scoreline.

    Who else?

That was against the run of play. Spurs have had absolutely nothing in this game up to now, but they make a move forward through Chioma Ubogagu and Kerys Harrop cuts an excellent ball across to England, who taps in.

It's not the prettiest goal she'll over score, but England is off the mark for her new side.

Of the three debutants today it's Jordan Nobbs who's had the biggest impression on the game, threading the play in the final third.

Bethany England, meanwhile, has been isolated. She's only had four touches of the ball so far.
