Tottenham don't go forwards often but when they do it looks promising. Beth England and Mana Iwabuchi have been their brightest sparks in the final third.

Chelsea have to be careful not to give anything else away here.

Spurs may have scored but normality has resumed and Chelsea are on top and passing it around with total freedom in Spurs' half.

Tottenham are being a little bit scrappy. Beth England traps the ball on the floor but can't get it out.

Everton will be happy to go in 0-0 at the break. They started off well and have looked bright on the ball. The problem is, they rarely have it. Manchester United have dominated possession and gained control. By the end of the half they were really putting pressure on and you feel a goal is coming their way unless things change after the break.

All square at the break. Manchester United will be disappointed they haven't gone in 1-0 up there for all those chances in the final minutes of the half.

That Alessia Russo shot was definitely heading in had Gabby George not got in the way of it. Can you imagine the noise if she scores today?

Lovely delivery by Leah Galton from the left-hand side. Ella Toone latches onto the cross and gets around her marker to lay off to Alessia Russo who fires a shot off but it's crucially blocked by Gabby George.

All United now. Lucia Garcia advances down the right-hand side and opts to cut it back to Hayley Ladd but there were too many blue shirts in the box and it was cleared away.

Moments later, Ona Battle plays a neat little pass into the box and Alessia Russo beats Garcia to the shot, she goes for the far corner but it's inches wide.

United are desperate for a goal before the break.

Another Erin Cuthbert cross, another great Chelsea chance. Her free-kick's just a tad too high for Sam Kerr to get her head to it.

They've been all over Spurs so far.

Manchester United have just took it up a notch in the last couple of minutes.

Ona Batlle finds Ella Toone down the right and the England international goes for goal but it's punched away well by Courtney Brosnan.

Katie Zelem is there to have a go at the rebound but it's blocked by Everton.

What a pass from Ella Toone and Lucia Garcia should score! Chants of "United, United, United" were cut short when she was in on goal. While that's a big miss for United, Chelsea keep the pressure on at the top with their goal. Still plenty of time to go here though and Everton have come under more and more pressure as the half has gone on.

Spurs tend to take a while to get going...

They have conceded 5 goals in the first 15 minutes this season, no team has done so more in the WSL.

Ohhhh that was as close as we've come so far.

Ella Toone drives through midfield and plays an inch-perfect ball through to Lucia Garcia who is one on one with goalkeeper Courtney Brosnan but under pressure from Gabby George she skies it over the bar.

Uffff. Ella Toone pulls it back to One Batlle on the edge of the area and she goes for goal but it sails over the bar.

Good opportunity, she will think she should've done better there.

Just 10 minutes to go to the break, can anyone break this deadlock?

Chelsea have set up in Spurs' half here. They've had no trouble stringing passes about.

Guro Reiten whips an excellent cross into the box but nobody's there. That could've been a great chance.

Both sides cancelling each other out at the moment.

Gabby George makes a bit of a hash of clearing the ball and Everton are forced into playing out from the back. Dangerous play from the Toffees but they get away with it.

It's Chelsea who've started the better of the two. They've had all of the ball.

Drew Spence has just shown that Tottenham aren't scared to get stuck in, though. She slides into Sophie Ingle to stop the visitors' move.
