Plenty of enterprise and good football in East Anglia, but no goals.
Blackburn 1-1 Birmingham
Bradley Dack levelled up Reda Khadra's early strike for the visitors. But Khadra's goal broke the shackles and it has been an entertaining half.
Expect more goals in the Lancashire rain.
Fulham 0-1 Sunderland
Big, big chance for Sunderland on the stroke of half-time. They break after Dan Neil wins the ball in midfield but Amad Diallo cannot get a clean shot away.
Southampton 1-0 Blackpool
The Premier League club lead but Blackpool have had chances.
Gavan Holohan (45 mins)
Well, well, well... do we have a cupset on the cards? 1,500 Grimsby fans, and Haddocks, go wild as Gavan Holohan rises highest at the far post to head his side infront on the stroke of half-time.
Blackburn 1-1 Birmingham
The visitors go close to restoring the lead.
A fine cross from Maxime Colin is met by Lukas Jutkiewicz's diving header and this time Thomas Kaminstki makes a fine save to keep it out.
Good play all round.
Fulham 0-1 Sunderland
How has this stayed out?! After that Sunderland chance, Fulham go up the other end and almost score.
Andreas Pereira thwacks a volley towards the bottom corner only for Dan Ballard to get back onto the line. The centre-back's clearance hits his shins, rebounds onto goalkeeper Anthony Patterson beside him and away.
A big let off.

Going into the second half, Mick McCarthy will see what his players can do. They just need to be patient.
Blackpool are good on the counter attack.
Fulham 0-1 Sunderland
A big chance to make it two for Sunderland! Patrick Roberts, the former Fulham man, jinks down the right before teeing up Amad Diallo.
Diallo gets his shot away but drags it wide of the right-hand post.
Ipswich 0-0 Burnley
Ipswich continue to give as good as they get at Portman Road and Kayden Jackson almost catches out goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
The Clarets No 2 takes no chances with Jackson's deep cross as he pushes it over the crossbar.
Fulham 0-1 Sunderland
Sunderland's resurgence this season has been built around their youth. Their XI currently on the field has nine players aged 22 or under.
It'll be a big ask for them to hold on against Premier League opposition here.
Southampton 1-0 Blackpool

Ex-Southampton player on BBC Radio Solent.
Great passing from Southampton but they don't seem have physical bodies in the box. They're just standing and watching the balls go in but there is no one on the end of them.
Ipswich 0-0 Burnley
More good play down the left from Darko Churlinov as he dances to the byline and pulls it back to Jay Rodriguez ten yards out.
The veteran forward keeps this effort down but home defender Janoi Donacien is in the right place to block.
Fulham 0-1 Sunderland
Fulham are starting to get their act together, looking a threat down either flank. They have had 72% of possession in the last 15 minutes.
Bradley Dack
The goal had been coming and Rovers captain Bradley Dack gets it.
Neil Etheridge makes a terrific stop to push Joe Rankin-Costello's drive onto the upright, Sam Gallagher can't turn in the rebound but it's a simple task for Dack to convert from four yards.
Good game so far. Not sure many expected that.
Southampton 1-0 Blackpool
Southampton's build-up play has been impressive. Another Saints attack sees Mohamed Elyounoussi's goal-bound attempt blocked.
Southampton 1-0 Blackpool
Jo Tessem
Ex-Southampton player on BBC Radio Solent
Blackpool are good with transitions and on the attack they have pace and quality. Ian Poveda-Ocampo has been very good in that situation and he is quick.
Alex Scott
No. Not her. This is a new name you'll need to get to know! A 20-year-old scored the opening goal and 19-year-old Alex Scott has doubled the advantage, turning in Mark Sykes' low cross from close range.
West Brom have contributed to their own downfall here and manager Carlos Corberan is having kittens.
Sheff Wed 0-0 Fleetwood
Josh Windass is brought down just outside the corner of the area by Shaun Rooney.
Contact is clear and the defender is booked before Windass forces a save out of Fleetwood goalkeeper Jay Lynch from the free-kick.
Fulham 0-1 Sunderland
Boos from the Fulham fans in the crowd as Andreas Pereira comes down appealing for a penalty. There is VAR in this game with it being at a Premier League ground.
