  1. 'Aberdeen fans not impressed'published at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Hibernian 2-0 Aberdeen

    Brian McLauchlin
BBC Sport Scotland at Easter Road

The 1700 or so Dons supporters who have made the journey to Easter Road have been eerily quiet so far. They already seem resigned to another loss.

  2. No red card for Jackpublished at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Rangers 1-0 St Johnstone

Willie Collum STICKS with his on-field decision. Ryan Jack stays on the pitch.

He's a lucky man. The replay appears to show his studs catching Adam Montgomery right on the ankle.

  3. Red card checkpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Rangers 1-0 St Johnstone

Ryan Jack is clearly utterly furious at that challenge because he immediately throws himself into a tackle and catches a St Johnstone player very late.

Willie Collum shows him a yellow card. But it's being checked...Collum is over to the screen.

  4. Tavernier into double figurespublished at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Rangers 1-0 St Johnstone

That early penalty takes Rangers skipper James Tavernier on to 10 goals for the season.

  5. RED CARD Clark (St Johnstone)published at 15:34 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Rangers 1-0 St Johnstone

Nicky Clark is marching down the tunnel at Ibrox. The forward goes in to tackle Ryan Jack and he's late and misses the ball.

The follow through is quite high and Jack takes a sore one near the knee. Referee Willie Collum decides it's a dangerous challenge

Saints boss Callum Davidson has chucked a water bottle in fury and been booked.

  6. Postpublished at 15:33 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Ross County 1-0 Kilmarnock

Jordan Jones is too clever for the Ross County defence and creates space for himself to drive a cross into the home defence. It comes at Scott Robinson so quickly all he can do is divert it goalwards with his stomach. Kyle Vassell races in to try to get a touch on it but the ball flashes past the far post.

  7. Postpublished at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Rangers 1-0 St Johnstone

St Johnstone fashion their first chance. Melker Hallberg curls in a brilliant ball and Nicky Clark's flicked finish flies over the bar.

Up the other end, Ryan Kent stings the palms of Saints keeper Remi Matthews.

  8. Postpublished at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Hibernian 2-0 Aberdeen

Aberdeen are struggling to muster much of a response to Hibs' quickfire double, but Matty Kennedy at least has an effort on goal.

The winger's 18-yard drive is powerful but a couple of feet over the crossbar.

  10. Postpublished at 15:29 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Ross County 1-0 Kilmarnock

Joe Wright makes the kind of pass that adds a few more grey hairs to Derek McInnes' impressive beard. With time to pick his pass, 30 yards from goal, he plays the ball across the pitch and it's cut out by George Harmon, who advances and has a solid shot saved by Kilmarnock keeper Zach Hemming.

Two minutes later Alex Iacovitti is up in the Killie box supporting another County attack. A headed clearance arrives at a nice height for him to attempt a volley but he smashes it a few feet over. This is much better stuff now.

  11. 'Can I play you every week?'published at 15:26 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Hibernian 2-0 Aberdeen

For the second time this season, Josh Campbell is celebrating a brace against Aberdeen at Easter Road.

  12. Postpublished at 15:24 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Rangers 1-0 St Johnstone

Alfredo Morelos has had three chances in front of goal, and not taken them.

Glen Kamara slips through a wonderful pass for him, but again he can't beat St Johnstone goalkeeper Remi Matthews.

He is making good runs at least.

  13. Postpublished at 15:24 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    St Mirren 1-0 Motherwell

VAR check for a possible Motherwell penalty... but John Beaton is not called across to the screen.

It looks like Charles Dunne hauls Rickie Lamie to the floor at a corner but VAR Grant Irvine is unmoved.

  14. Postpublished at 15:22 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Hibernian 2-0 Aberdeen

First goal threat from Aberdeen, but Duk's cross-cum-shot into Hibs' six-yard box is more hopeful than anything and nobody is there to take advantage of the winger's effort.

  15. 'More defensive woes for Aberdeen'published at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Hibernian 2-0 Aberdeen

    Tom English
BBC Scotland's chief sports writer on Sportsound

Are the players downing tools or just not good enough? Defensively, Aberdeen are wretched.

  16. goal

GOAL St Mirren 1-0 Motherwellpublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Curtis Main

The former Motherwell man strikes against his old club.

Ryan Strain cuts a low cross to the front post and Main gets in front of defender and keeper to poke home.

  17. goal

GOAL Hibernian 2-0 Aberdeenpublished at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Josh Campbell

    What a nod!

Joe Newell finds Josh Campbell unmarked 14 yards from goal with a pinpoint corner kick and a flashing header beats goalkeeper Joe Lewis.

Aberdeen must be sick of the sight of Campbell, who scored twice the last time they visited Easter Road and lost 3-1 in September.

  18. goal

GOAL Rangers 1-0 St Johnstonepublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    James Tavernier (pen)

It's another one of these harsh handballs. A cross comes in, hits off Connor Goldson's back and strikes James Brown in the arm.

Brown's arm is out, but he had no time to react.

Brilliant penalty from Tavernier, though, as he sticks it above the diving Remi Matthews.

  20. goal

GOAL Ross County 1-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 28 January 2023

    Eamonn Brophy

Eamonn Brophy could not miss from five yards. Kilmarnock lose possession in midfield and Nohan Kenneh breaks down the right and crosses low for fellow new boy Brophy to roll the ball in at the back post.
