That's the break at pretty much every EFL game across the country.
Ten minutes to breathe and we go again...
A couple of really worrying moments at the end of the first half in two Championship games.
Stoke's Josh Tymon has been stretchered off at Kenilworth Road after a heavy challenge from Cody Drameh.
And Millwall's Mason Bennett is receiving oxygen mask treatment after suffering what looks like a leg injury in their game against Sunderland. Could be a serious one, sadly.
Sam Bell (45 + 3 mins)
Sam Bell with his first league goal for Bristol City and what a well worked goal it was.
Unreal from Nahki Wells who delivered the ball to Bell who flew into the box at speed and with his right foot from two-yards-out fires home.

Kane Hemmings has equalised for Tranmere from the penalty spot at Stockport to dent the Hatters' hopes of being in a play-off place tonight.
Swansea 2-1 Birmingham
Joel Piroe briefly thinks he's scored his second of the day and Swansea's third - but an offside flag cuts his celebrations short.
Martyn Waghorn (39 mins)
Equaliser!
Huddersfield, and Martyn Waghorn, needed that! The hosts level things up against QPR as Ollie Turton teeing up an unmarked Waghorn to head home after Joseph Hungbo's free-kick.
That's Waghorn's first goal for 17 months.
Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 Plymouth
A big blow for Argyle who are 1-0 down and have now lost keeper Michael Cooper to a serious-looking knee injury after landing awkwardly after punching a high ball clear.
Cal Burton is on to try and keep the rampant hosts at bay.
Huddersfield 0-1 QPR
What have Huddersfield got in response to QPR taking the lead early on?
Well at the minute, not a lot. The Rs are on top and searching for a second.

George Lloyd has doubled Grimsby's lead at Crewe, who thought they should have had a penalty at the other end moments ago.

Exeter have halved the deficit at home to Charlton through newboy Demi Mitchell. 2-1 to the Addicks still though.
Elsewhere Cambridge have missed the chance to double their lead at home to Ipswich as Joe Ironside has seen a penalty saved by Christian Walton.
Millwall 0-0 Sunderland
Millwall thought they were ahead at The Den as George Honeyman fires in a loose ball.
The goal was initially given but after a fairly lengthy consultation, the officials have disallowed it for offside.
Chuba Akpom (32 mins)
Middlesbrough take the lead against Blackpool and it comes via an absolute corker.
Chuba Akpom sends them ahead with a curling finish past Seasiders keeper Chris Maxwell.
That's his 15th league goal of the season.

Football is so predictable sometimes.... Andy Cook has put Bradford a goal up against Mansfield in a game with big play-off implications.
Mansfield are, of course, the team from which he joined the Bantams.
Ismaila Sarr (30 minutes)
No idea how Ismaila Sarr got free there.
There were three Reading defenders near him.
But the Senegalese international, against the run of play, fires home to open the scoring.
Liam Cullen (29 mins)
Turnaround central.
Swansea complete the scoreline switcharoo as Liam Cullen pops up to tap in from close range.
Birmingham cannot buy a result at the minute.
Luton 1-0 Stoke
It's been all Luton so far but Stoke have come so close to equalising with their first real chance as skipper Lewis Baker curls inches wide from around 18-20 yards.
Hull 0-0 Cardiff
Cardiff miss the chance to take the lead against Hull!
Callum Robinson sees his penalty saved by keeper Matt Ingram!
Will that come back to haunt the Bluebirds?

Lincoln are winless in their last eight League One games but they are 1-0 to the good at Accrington, who have only won one of their last six themselves, thanks to Ben House's opener.
Cambridge have been in even worse form, winning one of 11 and losing the last four, but they are 1-0 up against third-placed Ipswich.
Harvey Knibbs with the surprise opener for the hosts.
Hull 0-0 Cardiff
The visitors have won a penalty!
Callum Elder brings down Jaden Philogene and Cardiff have the chance to take the lead against Hull.

Stockport have gone 1-0 up against Tranmere through Kyle Knoyle and, as it stands, look like gatecrashing the play-off places, thanks to Swindon's defeat in the early kick-off.
