It's nice to see Perry Ng now stepping out of the three because you can't leave three defenders on the one attacker.

Lovingly mocked him earlier, but should be noted that Andy Carroll, who looks like the lead singer of a rock band, has won every header. He's a constant outlet for the Royals.

We're scratching our heads that we haven't seen a goal yet. I'm sure that will be the feeling in the home side's changing room.

I've mentioned the lack of creativity in the squad this season, but they've created enough chances in this first half to win the game.

Sory Kaba has been a bit messy. The best chances did fall to him, on his head, he's been a bit unfortunate.

What Cardiff have done is they've put the Reading backline under immense pressure, for the full 45 minutes.

They've not half-heartedly gone and closed down and then cleared it, they've worked their socks off.
