Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Cardiff try a clever corner routine.
A for effort, F for execution.
End result is a Reading break.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Callum Robinson's shot is blocked for a corner.
Cardiff look good on the counter-attack.

Paul Ince will know about Cardiff's lack of goals in the league, Cardiff have only scored 12 at home, it is a problem but you can't miss the opportunities they've had in this first half,
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
The more you see that tackle, the luckier Mark McGuinness seems to still be on the pitch.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Mark McGuinness is shown a yellow card for a less than sensible challenge.
He's a lucky boy. Studs first, shin high, you've seen red cards given for that.
Amadou Mbenge felt the full force of it.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
A let-off for the Royals.
Amadou Mbenge gives the ball away and Kion Etete runs into space, but his cross just evades Callum Robinson.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading

Jason Perry
Former Cardiff defender on BBC Radio Wales
It's not been a boring goalless first half, Cardiff have started very well, very brightly, got plenty of crosses in, been unfortunate at the end of those crosses.
In regards to how they're playing, I think this a good performance but they've just got to turn this performance into goals!
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Think both bosses will be relatively content.
Cardiff have looked a lot better, albeit with their usual attacking issues, while Reading have shown plenty of resolve.

Former Cardiff defender on BBC Radio Wales
The technique is like the Gareth Bale/Cristiano Ronaldo when he just goes across ball, halfway on the ball so it goes over the wall; that was a tall wall by the way! It is technically perfect.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Wow! Perry Ng nearly does it again.
His freekick hits the side-netting and some Cardiff fans thought that was in.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Some good possession for the visitors, their best spell.
But Cardiff break and Kion Etete wins a freekick and Scott Dann is the first player into the book.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
A chance for the visitors as Andy Carroll is about to get a header in, but Tom McIntyre got there first and headed wide.
Sure he'd have left it if he'd have known Carroll was behind him.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Callum O'Dowda needs some treatment but thankfully for Cardiff he's ok.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading

Cardiff have been organised at the back throughout the season to be fair. They've lost 16 games and seven of them by a goal so they haven't been too far ioff,
This season they have only once scored more than one goal in a game at the Cardiff City Stadium and that's why they are in the situation they are in.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Huge chance!
Ryan Wintle's freekick is whipped in, a Reading head gets a little flick and Sory Kaba is on his own at the back post, but he heads over the bar.
That was a really good chance.
Cardiff, it is fair to say, are less than clinical in front of goal.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Fabulous wing wizardry from Jaden Philogene, with Reading just scrambling clear his cross.
He completely bamboozled Tom McIntyre.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Kion Etete gets some space, but Joe Lumley saves well at his near post.
Good goalkeeping.
Cardiff 0-0 Reading
Cardiff are on a historically bad winless run at home, so they will be encouraged by their start.
Cardiff are without a win at home in the league in each of their last eight games (D3 L5), only between March and October 1981 have they had a longer such run in the second tier (nine games).
