Former England goalkeeper Rachel Brown-Finnis on BT Sport: "For the Sporting Lisbon goal Matt Turner hasn't commanded his area at all.

"Jakub Kiwior doesn't help by ducking out of the way but it would suggest he got a call.

"Turner has to come out and clatter everyone and clear the ball. He hasn't done anything to make his defenders feel confident."

Former West Ham midfielder Joe Cole speaking on BT Sport: "There was no cohesion in the first 20 minutes. The passing was slow and maybe the atmosphere and weather played into that but then West Ham burst into action with a fantastic header from Michail [Antonio].

"West Ham's confidence came from that."

Arsenal have conceded four goals from corner situations since the completion of the World Cup, twice as many goals as they conceded this season from those scenarios prior to the World Cup.

Oleksandr Zinchenko plays it over the top looking for Gabriel Martinelli but the Sporting centre-backs are locked in, blocking him off and guiding it calmly back to their goalkeeper.

Again! Matt Turner once again gifts it to Marcus Edwards but is fortunate it bounces straight off the ex-Spurs man and Turner can gobble it up.

He's looked very, very shaky.

The free-kick comes to nothing but Granit Xhaka then whips in a dangerous cross.

Reiss Nelson goes for it but knows he won't get there and pulls out in time to stop his studs going into the goalkeeper.

West Ham have been in complete control since opening the scoring. The Hammers are popping the ball around fluently now, playing one or two-touch football.

The hosts look like they could do with the half-time whistle.

That was inches away from Granit Xhaka but goalline technology confirms his header didn't fully cross the line.

Gabriel Martinelli is booked for getting in the way of Adan as he tries to release the ball quickly.

Granit Xhaka was the one who actually knocked it out of the keeper's hands though so there's a quick VAR to see if it should be him getting the yellow card.

It's been waved away and Martinelli can't believe it!

Fabio Vieira curls it in towards Granit Xhaka and St Juste has to nod it behind for another Arsenal corner.

It's sent in deep towards the back post but Xhaka's header is kept out by the post and goalkeeper Adan.

Marcus Edwards' corner is aimed at Sebastian Coates this time but Arsenal are able to clear.

Nice move from Arsenal. Fabio Vieira is pulling the strings as Adan makes a comfortable save.

Sporting go up the other end and Marcus Edwards' dangerous strike is pushed inches past the post!

Arsenal come straight back at Sporting. Fabio Vieira dinks it into the box but it's headed away. Oleksandr Zinchenko picks it up and recycles.
