Jude Bellingham then pulls it back from the byline and it's not too far away from an England team-mate.

England just maintaining control here helped by a distinct lack of attacking threat from Ukraine. This already has the feel of 'job done' unless Ukraine produce something they have not looked capable of so far.

Ukraine make a triple substitution and Chelsea's big-money signing Mykhailo Mudryk is one of those to be hooked. Everton's Vitalii Mykolenko is also off.

Oleksandr Zinchenko slides it through to Mykhailo Mudryk and it's a good chance for him to shoot but his first touch is poor. It pings off him and the chance is gone.

Nice attacking play from England.

Kyle Walker lays it off to Bukayo Saka on the right, he fizzes it across the six-yard area and it's just behind Jude Bellingham.

Ruslan Malinovskyi's clever backheel almost tees up a shot in the box but Declan Rice is sharp enough to intercept.

The tempo has really dropped. England are far too comfortable and they are playing as that.

Alan: If anyone can explain why Ukraine are inviting pressure by playing out from the back I'd be interested.
