I'm not sure if it was the first challenge or if it was when she fell on her ankle.

Gemma Grainger is choosing the starting 11 that will start in September and that's fine.

But players such as Elise Hughes, Megan Wynne and Josie Green need minutes at this level.

It's about staying in the game at times, when the momentum is going against you, do the basics well.

You've got to credit Wales, they do that very often. I couldn't see a Wales goal at that point, I couldn't see us really creating anything.

A set piece and a superb finish.

Jessica Silva goes clear and Gemma Evans brings her down... but the referee says no foul!

    A big let-off for Wales.

That could have been a red card if given as a foul. Evans was the last defender.

Wales had a raft of players warming up.

They have all sat back down.

Portugal lead 6-0 on substitutions but no longer lead in the match.

    Rachel Rowe

What a strike from Rachel Rowe!

Portugal only half clear from a corner and Rowe's volley with her right foot front the edge of the area is perfect, guiding the ball into the net off the post.

She's done that from a standing position. A superb finish.

Portugal had the experience of playing in the Euros last year, the experience and exposure the players have had at that intensity has really helped them.

I've mentioned a couple times I'd love to see Rachel Rowe hold that width a second longer to give herself that time and space to move in, she just narrows the pitch and the opportunity for herself at times.

I'd love to see Wales make a change, the pace of Ffion Morgan would be a good asset.

Wales' standard of passing has impressed me in terms of just playing the correct pass. We didn't look as comfortable during the Pinitar Cup. It's great to see.
