    Here's the bottom of the League One table at the end of the season and it's happy viewing if you're a Cambridge United fan.

    The U's' final day win over already-relegated Forest Green - including a stunning Sam Smith volley - keeps them in the third tier.

    That battle for survival was aided by Morecambe's defeat at Exeter and MK Dons' goalless draw with Burton.

    MK Dons had challenged for promotion to the Championship 12 months ago but they must now prepare for League Two.

    Cheltenham draw 2-2 with Charlton in an exciting second half that saw a pair of goals in the closing minutes.

    It's ended 2-2 between Portsmouth and Wycombe at Fratton Park. Lewis Wing scored an outrageous goal from 50 yards out for the visitors.

    And Matty Virtue's goal on the 73rd minute lifts Lincoln City to a 1-0 over Shrewsbury.

    Heartbreak for Derby and joy for Peterborough.

    Michael Smith's penalty was enough to give Wednesday the win which drops 10-man Derby out of the play-off places on the final day of the season.

    News of the final whistle at Hillsborough sparks massive roars over in the away end at Oakwell where Peterborough have booked their play-off place.

    MK Dons have been relegated to League Two as it ends goalless against Burton.

    Fleetwood 2-2 Ipswich

    Well, it was a better second half for both sides after a flat goalless opening 45 minutes.

    But the match on the whole failed to live up to the hype and Ipswich never looked like they were going to challenge for the League One trophy today.

    But a fantastic achievement by the Tractor Boys none the less.

    Credit to Fleetwood for keeping it interesting.

    As it stands they're safe, but MK Dons are still playing, as are Morecambe.

    It's still tense despite the full-time whistle.
