  1. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 12:45 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Fleetwood 0-0 Ipswich

Ipswich are calling for a penalty but the referee is having none of it.

Wes Burns made a nice move down the right wing and whipped a cross into the mixer for Conor Chaplin to volley.

It was blocked by a Fleetwood defender and that sparked the calls for handball.

    Nope.

    Play on.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 12:45 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Exeter 0-0 Morecambe

    A big loss for Morecambe.

Right before the break, Jake Taylor is forced off through injury and is replaced by Ryan Delaney.

That's not what they want as they stare down relegation going into half-time.

  3. RED CARD AND PENALTY (Derby's Curtis Davies)published at 12:44 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

Mo Eisa works the ball to the right flank as MK Dons go on the attack.

He then turns and shoots towards goal, forcing another fine save from Burton keeper Craig MacGillvary.

Cambridge are doing all they can to make it a final day survival story.

They need to win and hope MK Dons can't match their result. Cambridge are fighting for their League One survival.

    Fleetwood 0-0 Ipswich

    Still goalless at Highbury Stadium.

Both sides have had a couple of chances but pretty cagey overall.

Neither team taking control of this match yet.

Only five minutes of normal time left in this first half.

  7. Postpublished at 12:43 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Derby County

    Good chance for Derby.

There's not been much to report, but the Rams have had the best moments.

Max Bird has space to run into and sends an early, low cross in towards David McGoldrick, but Cameron Dawson is out to block.

As it stands, Derby will finish above Peterborough in the play-off spots on goal difference.

It looks like Argyle are going to win the league. What a fabulous response after going behind.

Plymouth are back to the top of the table as it stands.

  9. goal

GOAL: Cambridge 2-0 Forest Greenpublished at 12:41 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Sam Smith (37 mins)

    Stunning. Absolutely stunning.

Cambridge double their lead and keep the fight for survival in their own hands with a Marco van Basten-esque volley from Sam Smith.

He is unmarked on the right-hand side of the box and volleys from a tight angle into the top corner of the Forest Green goal.

MK Dons and Morecambe could do with a response and now.

It may be closer to Burslem just now Michael.

  11. goal

GOAL: Port Vale 1-2 Plymouthpublished at 12:38 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Joe Edwards (38 mins)

Port Vale are unravelling like a badly packed kebab!

Brilliant link-up play from Plymouth who came charging down the far right side of the pitch.

A low cross flies in - it may have taken a deflection - and Joe Edwards crashes in at the back post and punches (not literally!) the ball into the top corner.

  12. goal

GOAL Bristol Rovers 1-1 Bolton Wandererspublished at 12:34 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Luca Hoole (28 mins)

Rovers are level and Bolton's grip on fifth is not as certain as it was.

Sam Finley's cross-cum-shot hits the far post and Luca Hoole is in the right place to nod into an open goal.

  13. goal

GOAL: Port Vale 1-1 Plymouthpublished at 12:34 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Adam Randell (34 mins)

A great strike from Adam Randell.

The youngster picks up a bouncing cross, just a yard behind the penalty spot and fires the ball into the bottom right corner of the net.

Port Vale's defenders were caught on the hop.

    A smart finish.

That will settle the Argyle nerves.

  14. Postpublished at 12:34 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Burton 0-0 MK Dons

That Cambridge goal has lit a fire under MK Dons right now.

Sullay Kaikai, having skied a shot earlier on against Burton, has another bite of the cherry.

This time his curling effort is stopped by a stunning diving Craig McGillvary save.

The corner that follows is headed over the bar by MK Dons.

  15. CLOSE!published at 12:33 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Barnsley 0-1 Peterborough Utd

    Another great chance for Peterborough.

They're coming forward in waves and this time Joe Ward is played in behind the Tykes defence.

He's clean through, but instead of going for goal, squares a pass and it's cleared.

Will they come to rue these misses?

  16. Postpublished at 12:33 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Port Vale 1-0 Plymouth

Port Vale are holding on to this early 1-0 lead quite nicely at Vale Park.

There must be a lot of anxiety and nerves amongst the travelling Plymouth squad who know how close they are to lifting the League One trophy.

  17. Postpublished at 12:32 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Fleetwood 0-0 Ipswich

An early change for Ipswich up front.

George Hirst comes off with an injury and Freddie Ladapo is on.

    Cambridge 1-0 Forest Green

For those of you who must look at a table to get their head around the implications of that Cambridge goal, here it is.

That goal will certainly put some urgency into MK Dons and Morecambe you would have thought.

Talk about being the right man at the right time.

    Fleetwood 0-0 Ipswich

Ipswich's Conor Chaplin has a decent shot blocked by a Fleetwood defender.

Probably the Tractor Boys' best chance so far in this game.

Slick passing between Leif Davis and Nathan Broadhead before it landed at the feet of Chaplin.
