GOAL: Cambridge 1-0 Forest Greenpublished at 12:29 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Harrison Dunk (25 mins)

A huge goal at the bottom of the table!

Harrison Dunk heads home for Cambridge from a corner and amid a scramble inside the Forest Green box.

That goal has lifted Cambridge to 20th and they're safe as things stand and if it stays like this, MK Dons and Morecambe will join Forest Green and Accrington in relegation to League Two.

    Burton 0-0 MK Dons

MK Dons are still hunting for the opener at Burton.

Conor Grant tees up Sullay Kaikai with a low delivery across the face of the box.

But Kaikai skies over the bar.

  4. CLOSE!published at 12:27 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Barnsley 0-1 Peterborough Utd

So nearly a second for Peterborough.

Jack Taylor has space to send a lovely floated ball into the box where an unmarked Jonson Clarke-Harris heads wide from six yards.

    He usually buries those.

Remember, if Posh win by three and Derby draw, they will nick that final play-off spot from the Rams.

    Fleetwood 0-0 Ipswich

Are the nerves getting to Ipswich?

They have a chance to win the league title today but they look a little off the ball right now.

Sloppy in possession and giving it away too often.

No way near their best at the moment.

Still early days though and only halfway through the first half.

    Bristol Rovers 0-0 Bolton Wanderers

Bolton have had a few corners, but nothing of note to report from the Memorial Ground.

The Trotters will stay fifth as it stands.

There's no movement at the bottom of League One right now.

Accrington are all but down already. Cambridge are goalless against Forest Green, Exeter and Morecambe are goalless and so are Burton and MK Dons.

Cambridge and Morecambe are joining Accrington and Forest Green in League Two next term as things stand.

  8. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 12:21 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Barnsley 0-1 Peterborough Utd

Moments after the Tykes have strong penalty shout turned down for handball, Barnsley have the ball in the net.

James Norwood is played in and finishes clinically, but the linesman's flag is up for offside.

    Peterborough are living dangerously.

  9. CLOSE!published at 12:21 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Port Vale 1-0 Plymouth

Ooof Plymouth with a chance to equalise goes just wide.

Bali Mumba slashes a half volley at the back post just off the target.

The ball sat up nicely for him and he got a good lick on it.

  10. Postpublished at 12:20 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Cambridge 0-0 Forest Green

Good stuff from Cambridge as they press Forest Green for an early goal.

Jack Lankester plays through Harvey Knibbs on goal but the visitors deal with the danger.

How has that Peterborough opener affected Derby?

They have to be on their toes as the Owls create some danger.

But then Rams striker David McGoldrick forces the first save of the match with a super strike from range.

Nice flying save from Cameron Dawson to turn it over.

    Fleetwood 0-0 Ipswich

    Joe Thompson
Former Rochdale and Tranmere midfielder on Squad Goals

Ipswich have staggering stats. They have a goal difference of +66, so they score a lot of goals, but defensively they've been really solid as well.

They've only conceded two in their past 15 games so when the pressure has been on the defence has done their job and the strikers have been scoring goals.

    Exeter 0-0 Morecambe

    Brett Ormerod
Former Blackpool striker on BBC Radio Lancashire

If Morecambe can keep creating chances like that then they can get that goal that they need.

  14. Postpublished at 12:16 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Exeter 0-0 Morecambe

Morecambe look up for this and, given what's at stake, they need to be.

Cole Stockton breaks on the counter for the visitors but his delivery in the box picks up a deflection into the path of Dan Crowley.

Crowley then strikes but it's wide of the Exeter post.

  15. Postpublished at 12:16 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Fleetwood 0-0 Ipswich

Jack Marriot with the best chance of the game so far for Fleetwood.

He's through on goal but gets smothered by the Ipswich right-back Janoi Donacien.

A superb play on the ball by the defender who doesn't let Marriot get a proper shot off.

15 minutes in and the home side on top.

    Burton 0-0 MK Dons

MK Dons come close to a vital early goal against Burton Albion.

Conor Grant works onto a short ball on the edge of the Brewers' box and flashes a low shot which rolls just past the left-hand post.

It's not really a surprise if Accrington go down, while Oxford are doing what they need. Oxford fans will be very happy.

  18. Postpublished at 12:11 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Port Vale 1-0 Plymouth Argyle

We probably don't need reminding but this is a hugely special day for Plymouth, who have had a terrific season.

They're already promoted but could leave Vale Park as League One champions if they win today.

I still can't believe they conceded so early.

Sets up a cracking game though doesn't it.

  19. goal

GOAL Barnsley 0-1 Peterborough Utdpublished at 12:10 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Jonson Clarke-Harris (6 mins)

Peterborough have to win to keep their play-off hopes alive - and they've made the perfect start.

Ephron Mason-Clark's cross into the box is taken down well by Jonson Clarke-Harris and he lashes a finish into the corner.

No League One side have a better away record in 2023 than Posh. Could they add an 11th away win since the turn of the year?

  20. goal

GOAL: Oxford 1-0 Accringtonpublished at 12:10 British Summer Time 7 May 2023

    Billy Bodin (8 mins)

Accrington's exceedingly unlikely hopes of staying up are looking even more impossible.

Billy Bodin turns in for Oxford to give them the lead early on against Stanley.

That means Accrington need a 17-goal swing and victory to have any chance of staying up, now.
