I think the game's at 0-0 because of both teams' ineptitude.

I'd stress that we can play a hell of a lot better in the second half. I think the players look a bit unsure. There doesn't seem to be the same compact feeling.

We've favoured the left-hand side, maybe we should switch over to the right. Aaron Hickey has only had a few touches.

John McGinn's current xG is 0.07.

Erling Haaland's is 0.00.

That's the real quiz.

As it stands, Scotland will stay top of Group A and extend their lead to four points.

They'll also, crucially, maintain a five-point gap over Norway.

There is A LOT of football to play, though, and I can't see that big lad up top in the red being as quiet after the break.

It's hasn't been a classic, but Scotland are in the game.

They've limited Norway to very little, albiet the performance levels from both sides haven't been very high. It just looks like the players aren't hitting their heights.

It's a much bigger game for Norway. There's a lot to be improved on. There's loads of Scotland players who are way below the levels we've become used to.

Erling Haaland hasn't had a shot. Not one. Zero.

It's been far from vintage for Scotland. The same can be said for Norway, who have dominated the ball for the most part without creating much.

The away side look solid so far. Erling Haaland has been kept quiet.

Andy Robertson gets another Scotland ball into the box, but Lyndon Dykes has Leo Ostigard glued to him and can't connect with it.

One of the best Scotland halves I've seen from Andy Robertson.

He does absolutely brilliant again to win the ball on the left. In attack and defence he's been superb.

Angus Gunn has been really sharp off his line today.

He's had to be. Erling Haaland is rapid. Out the Scotland keeper comes again to smother off the big man.

They do burst back into song when Scotland venture forward, but when they're watching their team soak up the pressure it's almost like their holding their breath.

The Man City striker was away and Hendry looked like the last man, but it's a looong way from goal.

It's been a very scrappy game. A lot of unforced areas from both sides.

Scotland don't look like they're going to be cut open any time soon, and Norway have been wasteful in wide areas with their crosses into the box. From a Scotland point of view, it's been more positive.

John McGinn is in the book.

He leaves one on Martin Odegaard on about halfway. It's cheap to be honest.

Erling Haaland has only had six touches, by the way. The lowest amount in the Norway team.

Just one has come in the box. Aye, I'm perfectly aware he's now going to score five.
