Jeanricner Bellegarde finds Neto on the left, he cuts it back and it's chested down for Bellegarde. He goes for the half-volley but Alexis Mac Allister sneaks in to poke it away on the edge of the box.

It was lacking intensity initially but a smart pass out wide to Andy Robertson opens things up.

He fizzes it in low for Cody Gakpo and his first-time strike is skewed way wide.

Pedro Neto is really enjoying himself and he's a class above the rest so far.

It's magical from the Wolves winger as he nut-megs Joe Gomez on the left and chips it into Matheus Cunha.

He's a few yards out, unmarked, and just mistimes his jump. He ends up trapping the ball within his body and Liverpool are able to clear it!

Liverpool's shape has gone out of the window! There's acres of space out wide as Wolves once again put a ball in from the right.

Joel Matip hoofs it out for another corner, which ends up being headed wide by Craig Dawson.

Craig Dawson doesn't get clean contact on his header and Liverpool try to break with Alisson sending it long for Mohamed Salah. It rolls through to Jose Sa.

Wolves come straight back at the visitors but Jeanricner Bellegarde's backheel in the box doesn't come off.

Jack: Pedro Neto is almost impossible to defend against when he's in this sort of mood. Early days in the game but LFC are in for a torrid lunchtime.

Pedro Neto chips it in from the left. Hwang Hee-Chan chests it down and attempts to get a shot off but Andy Robertson comes across to concede a corner.

Liverpool seem a bit baffled about what they are meant to do to beat this Wolves team.

They need to start putting it into the wide areas.

Alexis Mac Allister has given the ball away a few times and he has done so again here.

Pedro Neto robs him and dribbles all the way into the box. It takes three players, with Dominik Szoboszlai getting the final touch to take it off him.

Diogo Jota breaks away down the left and he has players in support. He curls it in towards the back post looking for Cody Gakpo and Rayan Ait-Nouri has to put it behind for a corner.

Much better from Liverpool.

Jarell Quansah pushes up for a free-kick when Cody Gakpo is caught from behind.

He's the target but Max Kilman wins the header, then Rayan Ait-Nouri clears. Very simple stuff.

Mohamed Salah and Dominik Szoboszlai move it up nicely on the right but they don't have much support.

Szoboszlai is rushed into a wayward pass across the middle and Wolves intercept.

There's a constant theme going on at the moment, when Wolves have the ball, Liverpool are nowhere to be seen. You've got to give credit to Wolves.

Liverpool are far too slow on the ball. Wolves are putting them under pressure and once again, their pressing leads to Alexis Mac Allister giving it away.

Pedro Neto eventually cuts in off the left and fires wide of the post.

Cody Gakpo makes a smart run in behind but the pass is too heavy and Jose Sa mops up.

Wolves bring it out again with ease and it's sprayed over to Pedro Neto on the left.
