There’s been a lot of talk about the clingy sweat-heavyshirts Villa’s players will have to wear.
Villa fan Jordan Price says “it’s a bit embarrassing”.
“Playing in Europe this season as well. I don’t understand it, and it looks a bit cheap,” she tells BBC Newsbeat outside Villa Park.
She says she’s in favour of “women-specific kits”, with materials made that are suited for the female body, rather than a kit which is a version of the men’s.
“We have women specific boots, so they should definitely be dealing with the kits. It’s a different fit for a woman.”
Fellow fan Henry Wilkinson agrees with the idea of a woman-specific kit, and feels the current saga gives the club “a bad reputation”.
But he says he still intends on buying it – despite the sweaty images.
“I don’t intend to run miles like the players do, so I’ll still buy the shirt. I don’t think I’ll sweat,” he tells Newsbeat.
He feels the emotional importance of this season, with it being Villa’s first in Europe for many years means it’ll make for memorabilia.
“It’ll be one that goes in my memory box because it’s a historic season.”
Everton 0-2 Brighton
Katie Robinson puts a low cross in but it is easily defended by Everton.

Alessia Russo, who joined Arsenal in July, is one of the players to have stepped off the coach to loud cheers - and a deluge of requests for autographs and photos - from the waiting fans.
The England forward has had a chat in today's programme. "I can't wait to play my first game at Emirates Stadium as an Arsenal player," she says, adding that she hopes supporters can emulate the "electric" home atmosphere of the Euro 2020 final.
"The club holds a lot of history and the stadium is really special. I'm buzzing to go out there and meet the supporters and play in front of them all.
"Hopefully, we go out there and put on a performance that we're proud of and that the Gooners are proud of, too - and then we'll build from there."

Alessia Russo starts in attack for Arsenal and fellow new signing Cloe Lacasse is out wide, while Ballon d’Or nominee Amanda Ilestedt is on the bench in a show of the hosts' squad depth.
World Cup-winning defender Laia Codina and Kyra Cooney-Cross are also kept in reserve initially, and Lotte Wubben-Moy has recovered from a muscular issue to start. Mika Biereth is out with a knee problem.
Arsenal XI: Zinsberger, McCabe, Wubben-Moy, Beattie, Catley, Walti, Maanum, Little, Foord, Russo, Lacasse.
Subs: D'Angelo, Maritz, Codina, Ilestedt, Cooney-Cross, Pelova, Kuhl, Hurtig, Blackstenius.
Captain Niamh Farley (calf) and Mia Enderby (shoulder) miss out for Liverpool, as do forwards Leanne Kierman, Shanice van de Sanden and Melissa Lawley through injury.
New striker Sophie Roman Haug is absent because of a facial injury sustained on international duty with Norway earlier this week.
Liverpool XI: Laws, Clark, Bonner, Fisk, Hinds, Kearns, Nagano, Koivisto, Holland, Hobinger, Taylor.
Subs: Micah, Parry, Lundgaard, Enderby, Flint.
Lots more still to come this afternoon.
More than 50,000 are expected to be in attendance at the Emirates for Arsenal v Liverpool - that one is coming up at 14:00 BST.

Anita Asante
Former England defender speaking to Sportworld on the BBC World Service
"There’s a different implication for women because of aesthetics and how women feel in terms of their bodies and sexism and misogyny and all these things.
"They do not want to be exposed to a scenario that will make them feel uncomfortable and able to focus on the game at hand itself and be pre-occupied on other issues related to kit. It should be the last thing players should have to think about."

It will be interesting to see if either manager makes changes at half time.
Players are coming off an international break so there may be some issues with fatigue.
The first half is slowing to a close and it looks like many out there on the pitch are just waiting for half time.

As Siobhan Chamberlain said earlier, Rachel Daly is just getting more and more wound up by the lack of support up front.
Every time she presses, there's nobody pushing up with her. She keeps shouting and waving her arms for support.
Daly also turned around to manager Carla Ward after the last one to ask for help and got a stern nod back. That's the half-time talk then...
Aston Villa 0-0 Man Utd
There's a crackdown on dissent across football from this season and Ella Toone is the first to be penalised for doing so, Rebecca Welch unhappy with the United midfielder's complaints.
