Leicester have started to season strongly and boss Willie Kirk believes there are areas his side could exploit against Manchester United this afternoon.

"They give you chances and they concede goals, he said. "That's one thing that's been evident in their three games so far this season, they've conceded in every game. Whatever the front three is will always be dangerous and pose some threats.

"They're balancing a busy schedule themselves with our game between the two PSG games. It will be interesting to try and see how they deal with that."

Kirk thinks this will "without a doubt" be the most difficult test the Foxes have faced so far.

He added: " We spoke about that when we did the Manchester United preview, we framed it in a way that we want to go and take points. We want to improve our performance.

"We keep throwing obstacles in the players' way and throwing them new challenges and they keep responding.

"What we've done against Bristol, Everton and Liverpool will now need to be raised to another level against Manchester United."

Manchester United held Paris St-Germain to a draw in Champions League qualifying in midweek and manager Marc Skinner wants his side to play at that level again this afternoon.

Willie Kirk's Leicester topped the WSL before Chelsea's win last night with maximum points from their first two league games.

"There’s patterns of play and all that kind of stuff but when a team is high in confidence they are flicking things, moving things and there is no fear. It’s much more in an attacking phase. I can see that in their performance.

"But if we can get to the level [we were against PSG], they won’t have played a level like that this season hopefully and that would be a test for them.

"They should be confident and we know Willie Kirk’s character is to attack. Hopefully a high level and performance leads to what we want, which is three points.”
