Man City 1-0 Bristol City
The home side are really in the groove now.
Chloe Kelly takes aim once more from distance, but is denied by a strong punch over the bar from Kaylan Marckese.
Man City 1-0 Bristol City
Bunny Shaw rises highest in the middle of the box, heading into the net above Kaylan Marckese.
Yet unfortunately for the Man City forward, she is adjudged to have been offside.
Both players collided but will be ok to continue after brief treatment.

Yesterday saw good news for Lionesses fans as Fran Kirby made her first start for eight months after a knee injury in Chelsea's 2-0 win over West Ham at Kingsmeadow.
And there could be another boost today with fellow forward Beth Mead - who is on the bench - in line to play for the first time since she sustained a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament injury late on in Arsenal's 3-2 WSL loss to Manchester United at Emirates Stadium on 19 November.
The 28-year-old helped England win Euro 2022 last summer, earning the Golden Boot for being the top goalscorer and also the Player of the Tournament award. She was also voted BBC Women's Footballer of the Year and was runner-up in the 2022 Ballon d'Or, but her injury meant she missed this summer's Women's World Cup, in which England reached the final.
Mead has returned to full training and played in an in-house training match with the women's youth team on Wednesday.
The Gunners have endured a tough start to the season, losing their opening WSL game to Liverpool having been knocked out of the Women's Champions League by Paris FC in the qualifying stages - in which Mead was an unused sub.
Mead has scored 57 goals in 148 games for Arsenal since 2017 in all competitions and helped them to the 2018-19 WSL title - the last time the Gunners won the league.

England forward Beth Mead, who has not played competitively since November because of an anterior cruciate ligament knee injury, is among the Arsenal substitutes.
Jonas Eidevall makes five changes from the side that began the 2-2 draw against Manchester United, including in goal as Manuela Zinsberger comes in for Sabrina D'Angelo, whose mistake gifted United a goal in that match.
Elsewhere, there are starts for Lotte Wubben-Moy, Katie McCabe, Frida Maanum and Caitlin Foord but Cloe Lacasse is again only on the bench despite her late equaliser.
Striker Vivianne Miedema is not fit enough to be involved after her ACL injury, while defenders Leah Williamson and Laura Wienroither will be out until 2024 as they recover from their similar injuries.
Arsenal XI: Zinsberger, Catley, Ilestedt, Wubben-Moy, McCabe, Walti, Little, Maritz, Maanum, Russo, Foord.
Subs: D'Angelo, Beattie, Codina, Cooney-Cross, Kuhl, Pelova, Mead, Blackstenius, Lacasse.
Aston Villa are still without forward Kirsty Hanson after she was sent off on the opening day against Manchester United.
Jordan Nobbs, a three-time WSL title winner with Arsenal before moving to Aston Villa in January, is among the substitutes against her former team.
She drops out in one of three changes from the side that lost 2-0 to Liverpool, as do Adriana Leon and Alisha Lehmann, with Laura Blindkilde, Mayumi Pacheco and Simone Magill playing.
Aston Villa XI: Van Domselaar, Turner, Corsie, Patten, Mayling, Pacheco, Staniforth, Parker, Blindkilde, Magill, Daly.
Subs: Leat, Leon, McLoughlin, Nobbs, Salmon, Lehmann.
There is a lot of football on this afternoon, and Arsenal take on Aston Villa at 14:00 BST.
Let's get the lowdown on that one.
Man City 1-0 Bristol City
Two chances in a matter of moments for Chloe Kelly.
She finds herself in space in the middle of the box, but Bristol City keeper Kaylan Marckese is equal to the low, powerful strike.
Marckese is then helped by her defence on the follow up, as they block it off the line.

HT: Man Utd 0-0 Leicester
Leicester make three changes at the break.
Hannah Cain, Deanne Rose and Jutta Rantala come on.
Missy Goodwin, Janice Cayman and Shannon O'Brien make way.
(Jill Roord 9 mins)
A first home goal for summer signing Jill Roord.
Brilliant combination play down the right hand side between Filippa Angeldahl and Chloe Kelly, and Khadija Shaw's strike from the cutback bounces off the underside of the bar.
Yet Roord was there to capitalise on the follow up, nodding in from close range.
An early lead for Manchester City.
HT: Man Utd 0-0 Leicester
Hopefully United can find a way through the Leicester defence in the second half, even this early in the season any dropped points could be very costly. Come on United!!!
Stephen, Chorley
Man City 0-0 Bristol City
A calmer period of possession for the home side now after an energetic start to the game.
Gareth Taylor's side seem content to pass the ball around the back line, waiting for their chance to probe the Bristol City defence.

Former Spurs captain on BBC Radio 5 Live
I think Leicester will be the happier going in. I think the last 20 minutes they probably had to defend for their lives there they've soaked up a lot of pressure. United have been relentless in their attack so I think Willie Kirk will be the happier of the two going in.
Manchester United have had some chances, I think they'll be frustrated. It took them a while to get going but I think there's still more to come from this United team.
Man City 0-0 Bristol City
It's Man City's turn to attack now, an attempted cross from Chloe Kelly is deflected wide for the home side's first corner of the game.
However Bristol City stand firm to clear the danger.
Man City 0-0 Bristol City
The ball in from Megan Connolly is cleared by Man City forward Khadija Shaw for another corner.
The second ball into the box is cleared without much fuss.
Man City 0-0 Bristol City
Early confusion in the hosts' back line.
Alanna Kennedy is convinced that she has earned a goal kick for her side after shepherding the ball out of play.
Instead, Bristol City have the first corner of the game.
Man City v Bristol City (13:00 BST)
It's Manchester City who get the ball rolling this afternoon.
There was a minute's silence just ahead of kick off to pay tribute to those who have died in Israel and Gaza.
Man City v Bristol City (13:00 BST)
Manchester City defender Alex Greenwood has been presented with a commemorative shirt for her 100th appearance for the club.
She hit the landmark last weekend against Chelsea, not one she is likely to forget for some time after her controversial red card.
Although her teammates did manage to secure a hard fought point.
Man City v Bristol City (13:00 BST)
The teams are out on the pitch, with pre-match handshakes and the coin toss to go before the match gets under way.
Can Bristol City produce another shock at the start of this WSL season, or will Man City continue their impressive home record this afternoon?
Hit thumbs up for a home win, or thumbs down for an away win.
HT: Man Utd 0-0 Leicester
It's half-time at Leigh Sports Village but Manchester City are about to get started against Bristol City.
That one kicks off at 13:00 BST.
