This isn't artificial. 100% unadulterated football passion.
A stadium that has waited so long for this. Everything about it is retro.
The fuse is about to be lit. The Kenny is ready for the Premier League!

Including yourself, Nathan. It may not have ended on the best note but what a job he did - twice!
West Ham were great on the counter at Brighton last week, will they set up in a similar way tonight?

To see where the club has come from, portacabins and park pitches and Labradors nicking your cones, a lot of people need a lot of credit for how it has gone.

West Ham fan here. Luton's story to get to the PL is a great one. Their manager seems like a top geezer as well. Good luck for the season. Except tonight of course....

I've just seen David Pleat dancing across the pitch. ANTTIIICCCC.

Luton have got some really good football men behind the scenes. A brilliant football club.
They are going to do it their way, not copying anyone.

I love watching local football whenever I move around, whether it's home or abroad. When I moved to Luton six months ago for a job, I had no idea they were in the Championship pushing for promotion; I half-expected them to be down in League One or Two. Now they're in the Premier League, I've got absolutely no hope of getting a ticket for a game! Good luck for the season! UTH!

We are under 20 minutes away from Luton starting their Premier League life at home now. Tremendous stuff. Just imagine being a fan who has seen them fall to non league and then come back.
A real feel-good footballing story. Unless you support Watford I suppose.

When Liverpool sold Philippe Coutinho they signed Alisson and Virgil van Dijk, and we're seeing something similar here with West Ham.
You get the maximum you can for one single player. I think it was right that Declan Rice moved on - he'd served his purpose, got himself into a position where he was worth that money and it was right that West Ham took it.
The secondary to that is that you spend it wisely. I think Ward-Prowse is a brilliant signing. For set-pieces alone, he is a great signing, and he's a wonderful football player as well.
They're using the money very wisely and they've become a stronger squad because of that. Everything's going so well for them at the moment.
If you've not seen West Ham yet this season there's a big change of course, with Declan Rice moving to Arsenal...

West Ham United
West Ham manager David Moyes speaking to Sky Sports before tonight's match: "It is never easy coming up against a newly-promoted team at home so it will be a tough game.
"We need to play differently tonight [to other games]. Let's see if we can do that but we have made a really good start to the season."
On Mohammed Kudus: "We've seen little bits of him. He is fit, he is ready to play, he played last week for Ajax. We are still getting to know him. We go into it with a lot of positivity because of how we have started the season."
On tonight's test: "Luton at home will be intense and we need to try and match that as well.
"Our away form this season has started well. We have to try and see if we can get another result tonight."

I thought there were some things in their game at Chelsea last week that would give me some encouragement.
Chelsea were better than them in the end but there were some moments in there that Chelsea would have been worried.
Only the two other promoted teams know what this will be like. If they can stay in this game until the last 20 minutes we could see something special.
Luton v West Ham (20:00 BST)
The promoted teams have lost all seven Premier League games so far this season, by an aggregate score of 18-4. It's very early days though - and having witnessed a few Luton games at home last season I'd say not many teams will enjoy a trip to the Kenny this year.
Intensity. Incoming.
Tom Lockyer has a thigh injury, by the way.

Luton Town
Luton Town manager Rob Edwards speaking to Sky Sports before tonight's game: "It's] very special. Tuesday night was really good but tonight is here and this is it. This is what everyone has been working so hard for, for such a long time. We have to enjoy it.
"We know the size of our challenge this year and we know it's going to be difficult. This is where we need to be. Let the occasion take you. As long as we keep 11 men on the pitch. We have to try and use the atmosphere to our advantage."
On the opening two defeats of the Premier League season: "We need to make some better decisions but also if we are pressing we have to get back in better. The second half [against Chelsea] became a bit more transitional. When we have the right moments we have got to arrive there with good numbers. We have to do that a lot better.
"You're not going to get many moments at Stamford Bridge. We created a really good chance at 1-0 and you've got to try and take those moments. But then it's about staying in the game. You have got to say concentrated for 100-plus minutes. We got punished and we will learn."
On Tom Lockyer's absence: "He is a miss. He is a leader on and off the pitch. We really believe in Mads [Andersen] coming in. He is a great player and it's his opportunity tonight."
