What Roy Hodgson will be disappointed with is that as the home side Palace have not forced Turner into making a save so far.

I can't remember him doing a great deal at all, it's been comfortable for him so far.

Good move by Nottingham Forest as Nicolás Domínguez slips the ball through the defence for Harry Toffolo, whose cross looks to be too deep until Gonzalo Montiel pops up and sees his volley deflected behind.

Things have gotten a bit scrappy in the last few minutes.

To be fair to Nottingham Forest, they have passed the ball well for the majority of the game so far, but it has been just gotten a bit sketchy and wayward.

It hasn't been up to the standard we have seen previously from them.

Crystal Palace have kept the ball for a good few minutes but Nottingham Forest's defensive shape is very good, forcing the Eagles to go backwards a few times and start again.

There's some good singing going on from both sets of fans. I am enjoying that. The football so far in this half? Not so much.

Both sides are struggling to create much in the final third.

Both teams have been guilty of poor deliveries from set plays, whether that be corners or free kicks.

The quality has been nowhere near good enough so far.

Palace struggle to clear from a Nottingham Forest corner and Orel Mangala gets in a shot on goal but can't keep the ball down.

Now it is Forest's turn to attack as Morgan Gibbs-White cushions a header from a cross towards Chris Wood but Palace clear.

Palace have a free kick some 35 yards from goal. Jairo Riedewald floats the ball in but Forest head clear.

Lovely red sky above Selhurst Park as the sun goes down.

Observations like that tell you all about how the start to this second half has been. Quiet.

Burnley boss Vincent Kompany speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "Games especially nowadays are 95, 97 minutes in general so you've just got to be good for all of it and I think today we had a solid first half but in the second half especially with the goal we conceded in the first half and then gifting the penalty away, it's just a very bad start to the second half and then that creates difficult problems to solve when you play against a team with good players.

On the mood in the dressing room at half-time: "I think you want to re focus and put yourself back to the task but it's a game filled with decisions and it's not the first time we go to ground in one of the recent games and it just makes it, in this league, those details matter. For us we know we are working on this but today it has hurt us."

"There's no quicker way to learn that to be out there [on the pitch] and face the consequences and when you face the consequences, you know for next time and the main thing for us is we know there's a gap in terms of talent at the disposable from these type of teams but if you go like the first half and concede like we did against Manchester United and you're in games, you're going to get your results in these games eventually and today what looked to be a good start didn't materialise and that's on us as a team, as a squad.

"The game is never gone and I always think that our players, whether it's in the first half or at the end of the game, they know that they can cause their own problems, they can cause problems to every opponent but it's not just about that. I think the game is about every single phase, every single moment so many key moments and you've got to be good throughout the game with a little bit of luck when you play against these type teams to get the result and OK if it's not today, it will be at some point."

For someone who is old enough to remember seeing David Beckham in his prime, the documentary is a very enjoyable dose of nostalgia.

"This has to be the turning point, the reset, in our approach, our attitudes, as a team and as individuals. From the start of a game you have to believe, the fans believed and kept behind us, we need to match that."

Crystal Palace's eight Premier League games this season have seen just two first-half goals, with six of them 0-0 at the break.

The shot is why Murillo is a centre back! The rest of the move was Brazilian all over.

His quality on the ball is magnificent, the way he moved the ball from one foot to the other, sold a few Palace players a dummy.

Then when you are just looking for him to have that quality and composure to put the ball into the corner, he hits it straight down the middle!

Nearly one of the goals of the season!
