    Leyton Orient 1-0 Lincoln

    Leyton Orient have confirmed that their League One game at Brisbane Road against Lincoln City has been abandoned.

    Play was halted with about five minutes remaining because of a medical emergency in the crowd.

    The game was stopped just after 21:30 BST, but has now been abandoned.

    The BBC's Ian Westbrook reports the following announcement has just gone out over the PA system: "Due to the medical emergency the game will not continue."

    Sheffield Wednesday remain winless and rock bottom of the Championship following that loss to West Brom.

    Middlesbrough are the big winners tonight, moving up five places after making it three wins in a row.

    Defeats tonight for Plymouth, Stoke and Huddersfield see them drop down in an increasingly squeezed lower half of the table.

    West Brom move into the play-offs and Norwich join them without playing after Cardiff's goal difference took a hit.

    Play is still halted at Leyton Orient after that medical emergency in the crowd.

    The BBC's Ian Westbrook reports that a few in the crowd have already headed for the exits.

    A few of the Orient players are on the side of the pitch, but there have been no official updates.

    Around five minutes remain to be played, plus stoppages.

    Stoke threw the kitchen sink at Southampton and did all they could to try and find an equaliser in the game's final minutes.

    But Saints hold on to get their second win in a row and move up to 9th in the Championship.

    The Potters drop one place to 17th.

    West Brom move into the Championship play-off places after extending their unbeaten run to five games.

    John Swift's first-half strike was enough to beat struggling Sheffield Wednesday.

    The Owls have now failed to win in 10 games at the start of the season, and finished with 10 men after Akin Famewo went off injured in the closing stages.

    Wednesday boss Xisco Munoz, appointed in the summer, must be feeling the pressure.

    "Stewards raced over to an area at the front of the East Stand while fans called for play to be stopped.

    "Initially play kept going for a few minutes while the fan was being treated, before it finally stopped after one fan ran on to try to alert the referee and a few more briefly sat in the penalty area before O's boss Richie Wellens ushered them away.

    "The players stood around for a few minutes before being taken off."

    The nightmare continues for Cheltenham Town in League One.

    Goals from Junior Quitima and Jack Marriott have condemned the 10-man Robins to another defeat.

    They break new ground as the first team in English Football League history to lose and not score in their first five home matches of the season.

    And now 11 games without a goal, they equal the longest scoreless streak at any time of the season.

    Coventry in 1919-20 and Hartlepool in 1992-92 also went 11 games without scoring.

    It's a first win in three for the Lions, and the south-east London club's first league victory at Home Park since October 1987.
