The 32 clubs have been separated into four pots, determined by their seeding.
The draw will be made with one side from each pot making up eight groups.
As usual, at this stage of the competition, sides from the same country can't face each other.
That means all three Premier League sides will avoid each other, but Brighton and Rangers could meet, as they are in separate pots.

The draw for the Europa League will begin shortly in Monaco.
Here is a full list of the teams that have made it this far:
Pot 1: West Ham United, Liverpool, Roma, Ajax, Villarreal, Bayer Leverkusen, Atalanta, Rangers
Pot 2: Sporting Lisbon, Slavia Prague, Rennes, Olympiacos, Real Betis, LASK, Marseille, Qarabag
Pot 3: Molde, Brighton & Hove Albion, Sheriff Tiraspol, Union St-Gilloise, Freiburg, Sparta Prague, Maccabi Haifa, Sturm Graz
Pot 4: Toulouse, AEK Athens, TSC, Servette, Panathinaikos, Rakow Czestochowa, Aris Limassol, Hacken
We know that it is transfer deadline day, but the wild speculation and rumour can wait for an hour or so while we get into these draws.

We will also bring you the draw for the Europa Conference League group stage from 13:30 BST, which will include British sides Aston Villa and Aberdeen.
The Europa League draw awaits for West Ham - as winners of last season’s Conference League.
They are joined in the 32 teams in this year's group stage by Premier League rivals Liverpool and Brighton, as well as Rangers from the Scottish Premiership.
