I think, at the moment, it is not great viewing but I know they [Burnley] are going to be OK and not getting relegated. I believe it is only a matter of time before they start blowing teams away.

Now that they are going to start playing teams in and around them, they are going to start picking up a lot of points. I have no doubt about that.

If you watched Luton against Wolves, they have changed their formation and looked a lot better. They got a lot more crosses in the box and had a lot of joy in the wide areas. They are a team to watch now. Hopefully they can go on a run and believe in themselves.

Despite his move to Burnley not coming fruition, Andros Townsend believes the Clarets will "blow teams away" this season.

Wrexham defender Ben Tozer has opened up on the death of his father from leukaemia.

In July, Keith Tozer, having been admitted to hospital, was diagnosed with leukaemia but sadly a few days later died.

Ben describes those few days as a "whirlwind".

"I trained on the Monday, got the train down to Plymouth and got there just before they switched everything off," he said.

The 33-year-old has urged others to "get checked" and to "not leave it too late".

"To be looking at houses, looking at schools, talking about squad numbers and then to be told the contract is no longer on offer, it rocked my world," said Andros Townsend.

We sometimes forget that footballers are not robots, they have the same kinds of family concerns and issues to deal with that we all share.

Andros Townsend says he broke down in tears after a free transfer move to Burnley collapsed over the summer.

The former England winger had agreed terms after a successful trial but the Clarets withdrew the offer as they did not want to stifle the development of some of their younger players.

He is still a free agent after leaving Everton last season.

"It was probably one of the toughest conversations I've had in my career," said the 32-year-old.

Speaking to Radio 5's Monday Night Club, Townsend said he has spent the past month trying to earn a contract elsewhere but has been "rejected by so many clubs" both at home and abroad.

The Professional Footballers' Association has offered to step in over Jadon Sancho's current dispute with Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.

Ten Hag has demanded an apology from Sancho, who accused the Dutchman of making him a scapegoat in a controversial social media response to criticisms about his training performances following the Premier League defeat at Arsenal earlier this month.

Sancho has deleted the post but there has still been no resolution to the problem, with the England international training away from the first team at present.

Unless the situation changes, it seems inevitable Sancho will be sold in January, with United facing up to a heavy loss on the £73m they paid Borussia Dortmund for him two years ago.

According to the Mirror, external, Brentford value Ivan Toney at £60m. The 27-year-old England striker is reportedly being lined up by Arsenal for a January move.

The 90 Min, external website is reporting that Brentford are preparing to bolster their attacking options even if they do not sell Toney. According to The Times, the Football Association is investigating whether a football agent submitted false evidence to an arbitration hearing involving a Premier League footballer.

There is also a separate report on the Times back page saying the Professional Footballers' Association is offering to help resolve a dispute between England midfielder Jadon Sancho and Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.

The Star back page says that Arsenal are stepping up their interest in Brentford striker Ivan Toney, with manager Mikel Arteta considering a move in the January transfer window to bolster the Gunners' title chances.

There is also a report on Jadon Sancho, with his Manchester United team-mates reportedly urging the England winger to "say sorry and end his feud with manager Erik ten Hag".
