  1. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:06 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Man City 3-0 Bournemouth

Wow Erling Haaland has been replaced at half time by Phil Foden.

There is a suggestion that he looked slightly uncomfortable when he left the pitch at half time. That would not be ideal for City.

For the Cherries, Marcos Senesi is on for Chris Mepham.

Everton were incredibly unlucky in a couple games this season as well. Is it possible Dyche has actually had them turn a corner with a bit of organisation and hard work ... And a fit DCL

    Anon

A lot of huffing and puffing from Brighton with very little to show for it. Everton are very comfortable with their lead and probably had the better sights at goal despite only having 17% possession as the home side! Dyche is really "Dyching" it today.

    Burnley 0-1 Crystal Palace

Burnley are dominating possession and are playing some nice stuff in midfield.

It's in the final third where things aren't clicking. They've yet to have a shot on target.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Everton 1-0 Brighton

Brighton make a switch at the break as Joao Pedro, 22, replaces Adam Lallana, 35.

  6. The Doku showpublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    HT: Man City 3-0 Bournemouth

    John Bennett
BBC Final Score at Etihad Stadium

This is the Jeremy Doku show. The fans here have a new favourite player.

Every time Doku gets the ball there’s a buzz around the ground and he’s been at the centre of everything for Man City today.

His goal, then his assist after a lovely run into the box and after that his shot which was deflected in by Manuel Akanji.

Doku is an absolute nightmare for defenders. I really feel for Max Aarons on that Bournemouth right hand side. Doku has looked unstoppable so far.

  7. 'Hayes will be missed by the English game'published at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Fara Williams
Former England midfielder on Final Score

The question is who are Chelsea going to get to replace Emma Hayes? Such a difficult job. It is sad that the WSL and Chelsea are going to lose her. What next for Emma? She will definitely be missed from the English game if she is going to leave it.

  9. 'It's almost as if Dyche dreamt up this scenario last night'published at 15:58 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    HT: Everton 1-0 Brighton

    Pat Nevin
Former Scotland winger on BBC Radio 5 Live at Goodison Park

One team has had 16% of the possession and they are the side 1-0 up. That is the way it works for Everton. We saw the same from them last season in this fixture.

Brighton have had a lot of possession but not many chances, and when the chances did come they either did not take them or Everton got bodies in the way.

Dyche will be delighted, it is almost as if he dreamt this up last night.

    HT: Burnley 0-1 Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace have stopped the opposition from scoring a first-half goal in nine of their 11 games, more than any other in the Premier League this season.

They are also unbeaten in their last five league matches when leading at the break.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:54 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Brentford 1-2 West Ham

A great game. Brentford finished the half well on top but it's West Ham who have the lead.

  12. CLOSE!published at 15:53 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Brentford 1-2 West Ham

Bryan Mbeumo fizzes another effort wide! That is surely Brentford's last chance of the half.

  13. 'We wanted a reaction'published at 15:53 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    FT: Fulham 0-1 Man Utd

    Manchester United

Erik ten HagImage source, Getty Images

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag, speaking to MOTD: "Two big defeats and then of course everyone is very unhappy. That is definitely not the standards we wanted to achieve. We wanted to improve and get a reaction and I think we saw a reaction. A good result and we are happy with it.

"Harry Maguire showed a great performance, great leadership but there were more on the pitch and it was a team. The spirit of the team, they fought for every yard, shoulder to shoulder. We have to show it every game. We have seen an improve today and we have to continue this.

"It is always about moments. Players have to realise that. This is the right answer to give. You have to focus on the one moment and top players are doing that and Bruno Fernandes is a top player.

"There is the demand to do it in every game."

On next game being must win? "We always have to win, doesn't matter who the opposition is. We have to prepare that and do the same things. Copenhagen are a good side."

    Brentford 1-2 West Ham

Really, really good pressure from Brentford but half-time is seconds away. Frank Onyeka almost squeezes through but Nayef Aguerd makes a crucial last-ditch challenge.

  16. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Everton 1-0 Brighton

The score is going with the form book at half-time thanks to Vitalii Mykolenko's first Premier League goal in over a year.

Brighton have had over 80% possession but not done a load with it - bar Lewis Dunk's VAR-disallowed goal.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Man City 3-0 Bournemouth

Julian Alvarez looks for Erling Haaland in the box but there's a bit too much on it for the Norwegian.

That will be the last action of a very, very dominant 45 minutes from Manchester City.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Burnley 0-1 Crystal Palace

There's half-time and immediately after the whistle Jordan Ayew and Marc Guehi sprint over to the referee.

I'm not sure what the Palace pair are complaining about, but they're both booked for dissent.
