    Steve: Definitely valuable experience gained, creating plenty of chances, but conceding that goal so quickly killed us. Refereeing standard very poor indeed & no VAR - needs sorting if women's game is to develop more. Men's game and women's game should be equal

    Alice: I think it was a poor loss for United, with the amount of chances they had in the game they could’ve easily won it.

    In other news for Manchester United, their lack of participation in the Champions League means they will now take part in the League Cup.

    They'll join Manchester City, Everton, Liverpool and Leicester City in Group B.

    PSG booked their ticket to the Champions League group stage this evening.

    Barcelona, Lyon, Chelsea and Bayern Munich have all qualified for the groups through their league performances.

    They will be joined by AS Roma, Slavia Prague, Rosengard, Eintracht Frankfurt, Paris FC, SK Brann, AFC Ajax, St Polten, BK Hacken, Real Madrid in the next round.

    Benfica, who are currently beating Apollon Nicosia 3-0 (10-0 on aggregate), will also be in the mix.

    Manchester United exit the Champions League before the group stage.

    Paris St-Germain, two-time Champions League runners up, make the most of their home advantage to complete a 3-1 success and secure qualification.

    United brought themselves level within the first minute of the restart but a quick double from Lieke Martens and Sandy Baltimore helped to guide PSG to victory.
