Former Everton and England midfielder on Sky Sports
It's a funny thing, football. Preparing for any athletic performance you always plan your preparation to the minute. There are some players who don't really care about a 10 minute delay but there are some where it will really affect their preparation.
It's a mental battle, this 10 minutes is a mental battle for some of the players who know it might throw off their preparation a little bit. It's about re-centreing, refocusing, and making sure it doesn't hinder the start to the game.
Brighton v Man Utd (18:55 GMT)
We're hearing from Sky Sports that there is a 10 minute delay to kick-off, because the on-site ambulance is yet to arrive.
There will be an update on the traffic situation soon.

Manchester United
Manchester United manager Marc Skinner speaking about the recent recognition goalkeeper Mary Earps has received and her fifth-placed Ballon d'Or finish: "It almost seems like each week I’m saying ‘Mary has won this, Mary has won that’ and I think that shows. It’s OK winning something as a one-off but having that consistency of being up for a nomination – you won’t always win – but to finish as high as she did as a goalkeeper in the Ballon d’Or.
"It’s not seen as a glamourous position [goalkeeper]. I understand its merits inside and out but in the public eye, it’s maybe not. So to finish that high in a voting system shows her consistency. That’s what’s been so key for Mary, her consistency on and off the field. It’s given us consistency in performances as well. I know all the good things coming to Mary have been long in the work for her.
"The beautiful thing about it is that she keeps doing it in training. She takes it in her stride. She is hungry for more. I’m really proud of her. I’ve known her a long time and how important she is to this team is vast. When you get to the stage Mary has, it’s not only performance but character.
"Phallon Tullis-Joyce has come in and been excellent, and hopefully you’ll see her qualities as well, but she’s learning from Mary. She’s really important and will be for hopefully many years to come."
Brighton v Man Utd (18:45 GMT)
Canada right-back Jayde Riviere has made two WSL appearances for Manchester United this season - twice her tally for the whole of last season.

Brighton v Man Utd (18:45 GMT)
Ella Toone is yet to score or assist in four WSL matches this season.
She starts for Man Utd tonight, could that be about to change?

Manchester United manager Marc Skinner on the form of midfielder Ella Toone: "In all honesty, Ella would judge herself on goals and assists because that’s the type of person and player she is. But you can also supply the assisters. If people block the spaces then she finds other spaces to get into.
"Against Leicester we rotated the squad. Everyone asks ‘why you don’t rotate your squad’, then when you do, they say ‘why are you rotating your squad?’ I’m absolutely happy with Ella. I’m happy with exactly where she’s at. There’s always work to do. When you’re so good at something, people try and stop that, so we always have to keep reinventing ourselves and adding different bits to our game.
"I’m due to meet Ella when she comes back in so I’m really happy with where she’s at. She’ll keep adapting and evolving and we can expect lots of quality things going forward. It will only be a matter of time before she assists or scores, I can guarantee that."

Manchester United
On his changes:"It's always a dilemma but we've got some very good forwards. Nikita [Parris] was excellent last time and she's going to be a really key asset for us going forwards as well.
"All I wanted to do was add in the ability to beat players one-v-one – just something a little bit different. If Brighton might block up a little bit then we've got to be able to beat players and take spaces in front or behind. With the unpredictability and the nature of our forwards we can do that.
"I'm sure at some point I'll introduce forwards into this game and we'll change it when we need to."

Manchester United
Manchester United manager Marc Skinner speaking to Sky Sports: "I know that Mel won't be as happy with the results but there's been some parts of the performances I'm sure she'll be really happy with.
"They're growing into the style she wants them to play, [having] new players is always difficult to challenge. What I'm looking for is for my team to try and maximise that while we're here. We've got to unlock what they try to give us and do the very best with that. We can do that against any team and I'm expecting that from us tonight.
"We have to go out like we want to win the game rather than taking draws, we have to go out to win the game.
"That's being energetic in our press, that's being resilient. Their front three are very dangerous so we have to be very calculated in the way we defend and we're going to have to defend well tonight individually.
"What we've got to make sure is Brighton defend how we play and if we do that it's a mindset battle tonight. If we do what we expect of ourselves then we want to come out on top."

Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton manager Melissa Phillips speaking to Sky Sports, on the changes to her side: "We've got a lot of depth. Players who are playing well and are executing in training - we're obviously coming off the back of an international window so there's some things to consider with that as well. Probably just looking to pose slightly different chances in and out of possession tonight."
On what Brighton need to do tonight: "To be fair I think it's important we continue to start well, we've done that in every match, been on the front foot. We have to disrupt their rhythm in possession early doors and establish where we want to exploit and attack key areas and be really clinical when we do."
On Manchester United's strengths: "They've got quality in abundance. We know they can score goals, they're good in wide areas and deliver from wide areas a lot so we'll have to be switched on in the box. Most importantly [we'll have to] make sure that in possession doesn't lead to errors which create opposition chances for them."
On whether Brighton's problems have been of their own making: "You look at the nature of when we're conceding goals, going into halves we have to be able to concede goals better. We have to be able to manage games better, whether that's in the state of game or in possession."
Brighton v Man Utd (18:45 GMT)
