Tbh Martinelli is one of the most lively wingers in the prem he is always beating his man
Abdullah, Nigeria
And so the Villa bubble has burst having knackered ourselves out getting wins against City, Arsenal and Spurs. I know this team well and could have predicted this, after that surprisingly lovely results. Ah well, nice while it lasted!

The Arsenal/Brighton game is getting tetchy and it’s all down to the ref’s lacking the courage to book players early for clear yellow card fouls, and then a complete lack of consistency. White got the first booking for a tug back. Mitoma waved an imaginary yellow at the ref and he ignored it. Then Arteta waves an imaginary yellow after a Mitoma tug back and the ref books Arteta. It seems that waving imaginary yellows is randomly enforced by this ref.

I'm sure it was only days ago Arteta preached working alongside referees to make things better. Next chance he's booked for mouthing off again. The man is a cartoon at this point.

Does anyone else miss the days when Managers used to have some dignity and restraint? The Artetas of the game should leave the players to get on with it.

Yes, nobody talks about Jose Mourinho's touchline antics...

Dominic: Arteta is such a hypocrite. Only days ago he was saying managers & officials need to work together, then goes bonkers and gets a yellow. He only said what he said cos he was let off with the charge, which IMHO he shouldn't have been, it's outrageous he was.
Neill: Arteta isn't behaving in any way different from the heralded greats of the game: Klopp, Mourinho, Ferguson, Conte....yet he gets singled out? Haters gonna hate
John: Love how Arteta lives rent-free in rival fans' head. There's a reason why people always whine about the behaviour of Pep/Klopp/Arteta and not the likes of Marco Silva or De Zerbi...

Arsenal haven't done enough with their possession, but you have to give credit to Brighton who have defended excellently.
The aim of the game is to put the ball in the back of the net and Arsenal haven't done yet.
They need a striker in and around the six yard box because they dominate possession but don't score enough.
It's been a good game of football.
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
West Ham lead 2-0 at half-time thanks to Mohammed Kudus' double.
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
Good block by Edson Alvarez to stop Toti's shot, although the West Ham midfielder is in some pain after doing so.
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
Few late yellow cards in this one. First to Wolves' Toti, then to West Ham's Kurt Zouma and now to Wolves manager Gary O'Neil.
Arsenal 0-0 Brighton
It's been all Arsenal but it's level at the break. Brighton haven't had a shot.
Arsenal 0-0 Brighton
Bukayo Saka smashes a shot over the bar. That may be the final chance of the half.

Martinelli had a chance but he took that extra touch and he went into those Brighton bodies.
Brighton haven't been great in possession but they've defended brilliantly.

Is there anyone more annoying in football than Arteta? Honestly can't believe that's an adult man on the touchline sometime with the way he behaves.
