England captain Millie Bright, speaking on ITV before the game: "Hopefully we put our chances away. Last week we had really good possession and on the transition they are a good team with forwards who have pace and we have to be switched on with that.
"The chances we create we have to put in the back of the net."
On making her England debut in Belgium six years ago: "When you say six years that is crazy. It is where it all started for me at the other end of the pitch which is ironic but is a special memory."
On Fran Kirby returning: "All the hard work put in and it was hard for her to miss out. But she has put herself in a good position and she has proved herself at her club. It is nice to see her back and she is growing with everything single game and it is credit to her."

Belgium v England (19:30 GMT)
Just like at the King Power in Leicester last week, the match tonight in Leuven is a sell-out and the FA are expecting around 700 England fans.
The stadium capacity is about 7,000 so that's a decent pocket of away fans to cheer on the Lionesses.

Former England goalkeeper Karen Bardsley's BBC Sport column this week takes a look at how women's football can balance its rapid growth with the magic that makes it unique.
If you've been to a women's football match, you'll know the players come and sign autographs and take photos with fans after matches.
And while that level of access and connection between fans and players is great, as the sport continues to attract more fans it may not always be possible.
This has become somewhat of a hot topic in recent weeks with England shot stopper Mary Earps saying it has become "really difficult" to keep fans happy after she received criticism for not signing an autograph.
Anyway have a read of Bardsley's musings on that subject in her latest column here.

Belgium head coach Ives Serneels, speaking on ITV4 before the game:
On facing England twice in one week: "It is tough, but on the other side the draw was like this and we have to do it.
"We enjoyed Friday and we will try to do the same and hopefully with a better result."
On the changes: "They played already against the Netherlands and did well, Sari Kees was injured Friday and now she plays. In attack Jassina Blom, I am hopeful she can do something for our team."
On playing at home: "We like to play here and we like the stadium. Our fans like it and we have been playing here a couple of years and we will try to make it a good evening with a good game."
On compliments from Sarina Weigman: "Sarina I know her well. We feel like that [made improvements] and we have had six months with a lot of games and we are creating a new group with young girls.
"We have a good team on the field and that is important."

Well, we wanted more competition in women's football, and now we have it.
Of course that is great, but it does mean that qualifying for major tournaments is significantly more difficult than it was even just a few years ago.
Gone are the days where the Lionesses win matches 20-0, they are facing stronger opposition and it is becoming harder to score.
England's 30-match unbeaten run came to an end earlier this year in a pre-World Cup friendly against Australia. And since then it has been a mixed bag for the Lionesses.
Runners-up at a World Cup is no mean feat, but the pressure is on for Olympic qualification and with a loss already under their belt in the Nations League, the pressure is starting to build.
There's already been plenty of Nations League action today. Here's a quick rundown of the results and what else is going on...
League B
League C
Elsewhere, World Cup winners Spain find themselves 2-0 up at half-time against Switzerland thanks to goals from Oihane Hernandez and Alexia Putellas.
Italy are leading 1-0 against Sweden - the highest ranked team in the world - with less than 15 minutes remaining.

England's head coach Sarina Weigman, speaking on ITV4 before the game.
On Fran Kirby returning to the team: "I hope to see tightness on the ball we again expect to have the ball a lot and be close to the final third of the opponents half.
"I hope she brings bring calmness to the team and that extra pass and also brings patience."
On Niamh Charles: "She developed very well and played a good game on Friday.
"Very attacking, she makes runs forward with the left and right foot so high up the pitch it is nice to have a player there and in defence she was front-footed and I really like that."
On improvements: "Biggest for us in the final third is being more patient and have the right final pass and the right connections."
On winning tonight: "We know what we want - to reach the Nation's League final and win the Nations League. We want to win this game and we will be very motivated."

England will focus on "things in our game to improve" in their second Nations League meeting against Belgium this evening, says manager Sarina Wiegman.
"The expectations are very clear. Everyone expects us to win," said Wiegman before the game in Leuven.
"We expect from ourselves to win but we want to improve on our game. That makes the chances of winning higher."

England boss Sarina Wiegman said after the win over Belgium on Friday that she would've liked to see her side score more goals with the chances they created.
"I think the expectations are high. Of course we want to score more goals.
"We want to do that. But don't forget the opponents are really good too. It's now the Nations League and it's more competitive. Defensively, the opponents are better too.
"It's harder to score goals. If we can win 5-0 we are really happy but I don't think we will get those scores a lot any more."

England midfielder Fran Kirby says she "won't forget" the reception she received from fans on her return to international duty after a year out.
The 30-year-old came on as a substitute in the 1-0 win over Belgium on Friday.
She missed the World Cup this summer following knee surgery in March.
"It's frustrating when I'm injured and can't be out there. To hear that reception when I come on is really special," said Kirby.
"The support that I've had over the past year has been incredible from fans, the national team and at Chelsea.
"I can't fault anyone for their support and that has been really pivotal for me coming back. I've been working really hard to get back out on the pitch as much as possible and I want to stay there."
There's more home nations action this evening as Scotland take on the Netherlands in the other match in Group A1 at 19:45 GMT. If Scotland can get a result there that would be a great help to England.
You can watch and follow live updates of that one here.
Wales have already been in action in Group A3, they lost 2-1 to Denmark. You can get reaction to that one here.
And in Group B1, Northern Ireland host Hungary, that has just got under way and all the updates are in here.
Busy busy busy!
And we thought rain was bad in Britain?
Over in Albania, torrential rain has suspended the Group B1 match between the Republic of Ireland and Albania in Shkoder.
That match got under way earlier and remains 0-0 at the break but the referee then confirmed that the second half would be delayed by an hour, if it gets started at all.
If the match gets started again you can stay up to date with it here.

Disappointingly for the Lionesses, they were unable to attend the ceremony in Paris because of this match tonight and Georgia Stanway said that was "unfortunate" for the players nominated.
"We spoke about it as a group and said it would be nice in the future if the ceremony wasn't on a matchday minus one day so we can all enjoy the experience," she said.
"[It is frustrating] because it's a potentially once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. You never know if you'll get selected for such an accolade like that again. It would be nice to enjoy the experience and be there.
"You want to feel like a star among the stars. We've got a game tomorrow, but if it was planned a little better then it would be easier for a lot of female footballers to be there."
Belgium v England (19:30 GMT)
Four Lionesses made it onto the 30-player Ballon d'Or shortlist with two being ranked inside the top 10.
Goalkeeper Mary Earps, who won the Golden Glove at this year's World Cup, came fifth and striker Rachel Daly was 10th.
Millie Bright, who captained England at the World Cup in the absence of Leah Williamson, came 11th and midfielder Georgia Stanway was 23rd.
