    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Another excellent low save from Dortmund keeper Gregor Kobel to deny Jamal Musiala after the Bayern playmaker is slipped in by Kingsley Coman.

    England fans, look away.

Harry Kane takes a nasty whack on the ankle from Mats Hummels - and we know that's been a problem area for the Three Lions skipper in the past.

He's up and OK after treatment, thankfully - and Hummels is in the book, either for the foul or his reaction to the referee.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 59 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Double change for Dortmund as Felix Nmecha and Karim Adeyemi come on for Salih Ozcan and Donyell Malen.

Bayern make a switch too as Aleksandar Pavlovic replaces Dayot Upamecano.

  4. GREAT SAVE!published at 58 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Then one at the other end, just as good.

Gregor Kobel gets down low really quickly to make a superb one-handed stop as Jama Musiala tries to measure one into the bottom corner.

That is what Manuel Neuer is known for.

He's only recently returned from a freak skiing injury and has been a spectator for much of this game.

But when Marco Reus finds space in the area and shoots on the turn, the Germany goalkeeper makes a superb flying save to keep his international colleague out.

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Hard to see a route back into this for Dortmund.

Even if they score, Bayern look like they have the gears to go up if needed.

  7. Postpublished at 53 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

A rare threat from Dortmund as Nico Schlotterbeck's strike from distance takes a deflection off a defender to earn the hosts a corner.

    Bayern clear it comfortably though.

  8. Postpublished at 52 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Leroy Sane could have had a hat-trick of assists as Bayern break four-on-three but he pushes a lazy, lazy pass in the direction of Harry Kane that is easily intercepted.

Should have put the game to bed there.

  9. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Dortmund finally get out of their own half and look dangerous on two forays forward but two excellently-timed tackles from Kim Min-jae thwart them on both occasions, foiling first Marco Reus and then Julian Brandt.

  10. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 47 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

From the corner, Harry Kane has an effort blocked and Noussair Mazraoui skies the loose ball.

Then Bayern have the ball in the net on another counter but Kingsley Coman's lob is ruled out for a pretty blatant Harry Kane offside in the build-up.

  11. GREAT SAVE!published at 46 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Goodness me, Bayern started the first half quickly and they almost begin the second half even faster.

Harry Kane's through ball finds Jamal Musiala who takes a touch to steady himself but sees his shot well saved by Gregor Kobel, who makes himself Peter Schmeichel-style big.

  12. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

The restart was slightly delayed by the lack of an actual ball on the centre spot.

But one is eventually located and we are back under way.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 18:34 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Former Bayern Munich man Niklas Sule is coming on for Dortmund for the second half.

Looks like he's replacing Marius Wolf, who had a pretty torrid time of things in the first half up against Leroy Sane.

Sule shakes the hand of ex-teammate Sane as he walks on. Don't think it will remain that friendly.

  14. Goalless at St James' Parkpublished at 18:29 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Newcastle 0-0 Arsenal

There's one Premier League game going on tonight as well.

It's goalless between Newcastle and Arsenal at the break at St James' Park.

  15. 13 - lucky for somepublished at 18:24 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Harry Kane's 13th goal in his 10th Bundesliga game, then.

It was a pretty straightforward finish as the picture suggests after Leroy Sane set him up on a plate.

Just how many can the England captain get this season? A reader suggested 40 earlier and that doesn't seem out of the question.

  16. HALF-TIMEpublished at 18:19 Greenwich Mean Time 4 November 2023

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Bayern in control at the break.

Yet another goal from from Harry Kane - yep, him again - doubled their lead after Dayot Upamecano's early opener.

Credit to Dortmund, who have responded relatively well to an early onslaught that put them two goals adrift inside 10 minutes.

Donyell Malen came close to pulling one back just before the interval but the hosts will need some comeback to get anything out of this Der Klassiker.

  17. CLOSE!published at 45+2 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

What a chance right on the stroke of the interval for Dortmund.

They seemed to have messed up a great overlap but eventually the ball breaks to Donyell Malen, who curls a first-time strike inches over the angle of post and bar from around 12 yards.

  18. Postpublished at 45 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Two minutes to be added on at the end of this first half.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 43 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel is booked for protesting against the award of a Dortmund free-kick.

You would not know his side are 2-0 up just by looking at his disposition in this first half. Seems determined to get wound up about anything and everything.

  20. Postpublished at 41 mins

    Borussia Dortmund 0-2 Bayern Munich

Getting a bit niggly at times now.

Marius Wolf wins a free-kick for a tussle with Alphonso Davies on the right-hand side.
