Perfect start for Notts County, again.

Big performance in the early moments as we expected.

It might have come off the Bradford defender, or it might have come off David McGoldrick, but I'm sure he'll claim it.

    Well that didn't take long.

Crowley finds space again out wide on the right and slides in Aaron Nemane behind the Bantams defence.

His low pass across the box picks out David McGoldrick a few yards out and he doesn't miss from there.

    Notts County 0-0 Bradford

Bradford have brought 2,000 fans to Nottingham and they're in fine voice already.

Notts work themselves into a good position on the right flank, but a loose pass from Aaron Nemane gifts the visitors a throw.

Injury-hit Notts welcome back John Bostock into midfield after a lengthy spell on the sidelines and replaces Jodi Jones, one of three changes from the late defeat at Crewe last weekend.

Notts County: Slocombe, Cameron (capt), Baldwin, Brindley, Randall, Nemane, Bostock, O’Brien, Crowley, McGoldrick, Langstaff.

Notts County v Bradford (12:30 GMT)

Notts start the day in fifth spot in League Two and on the shoulders of those in the promotion places.

Victory would move the Magpies up to third and into the promotion places ahead of the 3pm kick-offs - or even above Wrexham into second on goal difference if they win by four goals.

The Bantams start the day in 18th, seven points above second-bottom Forest Green, but know three points today will lift them into the relative comfort of 14th.

Both sides could do with a win to get their campaigns back on track.

After a superb start to their return season back in the EFL, Notts County are currently on their worst run under manager Luke Williams after three defeats in their last four in all competitions - and their first back-to-back league defeats of the season.

The Magpies have picked up 24 points from a possible 30 at Meadow Lane this season, but have lost two of their last three home matches in League Two - to rivals Mansfield and Wrexham.

It's a small blip in the grand scheme of things, and a sting of injuries have not helped, but will be keen to snap this run sooner rather than later.

New Bradford boss Graham Alexander is hunting his first points since taking over as manager from Mark Hughes, after losing his opening game 2-1 at home to Barrow last Saturday.

The Bantams have lost five times in nine away trips in League Two this season, including back-to-back defeats at MK Dons and Sutton in their most recent outings.

City will be keen to end a three-match losing streak in the league, having picked up just one point from their last four. They have won just two of their last 12 in the league.
