  1. ouch!

    Ouch!published at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    St Mirren 1-0 Livingston

Zach Hemming takes a knee to the face from Kurtis Guthrie as the Livi attacker chases the ball into the box.

The St Mirren keeper gets back to his feet but it certainly looked like a nasty one.

Richard Taylor tries his luck up the other end but his shot goes soaring over the bar and into the fans behind the goal.

  2. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:10 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    Dundee 0-1 Hibernian

Owen Beck dances his way past three Hibs players before he's unceremoniously hacked to the floor by Rocky Bushiri.

Referee Don Robertson rather comically shields Bushiri from an angry horde of Dundee players before brandishing a yellow card.

  3. Postpublished at 16:10 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    Hearts 0-0 St Johnstone

After a St Johnstone corner, Daniel Phillips smashes a shot from the edge of the box, which clatters off Liam Boyce.

Some appeals for a handball, but the striker's arms were tucked in.

  4. Oh on at break for Celticpublished at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    Celtic 0-0 Motherwell

Half-time change for Celtic as midfielder Odin Thiago Holm is off for striker Oh Hyeon-gyu.

    Change of shape?

  6. Postpublished at 16:03 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    HT: Dundee 0-1 Hibernian

Hibernian have stopped the opposition from scoring a first-half goal in 10 of their 14 league games this season, only Celtic (12) have done this more often this term.

If only games lasted 45 minutes...

  7. Slow starters...published at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    Ross County 0-0 Kilmarnock

Ross County have failed to score a first-half goal in 12 of their 13 games, no team has failed to do so more often in the Scottish Premiership this season.

    Second half under way.

  8. Kyogo kept quietpublished at 16:00 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    HT: Celtic 0-0 Motherwell

    Kyogo Furuhashi touchmap klaxon.

It isn't unusual to see the Japan forward with such a low tally of touches, but his first-half total of five is pretty surprising given the opposition.

In contrast, Mika Biereth is on 16.

  10. 'Solid stuff from 'Well'published at 15:56 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    HT: Celtic 0-0 Motherwell

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

The visiting boss will be very happy with the fact that it's goalless at half-time. Stuart Kettlewell's side has been disciplined, organised and very willing to work. Which means their keeper Liam Kelly has only had two real saves of note to make, which is one more that Joe Hart at the other end.

Celtic didn't do a great deal with all their possession, so I'd expect some changes from manager Brendan Rodgers shortly after the interval if his team talk can't inspire some more from his men, who've been far from at their best.

  11. 'Saints survive early onslaught'published at 15:54 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    HT: Hearts 0-0 St Johnstone

    Brian McLauchlin
    BBC Scotland at Easter Road

Craig Levein will be happy with his players at the break after it looked as if the home side would blow them apart early on.

Slowly but surely Saints edged their way into the game.

The first goal will be crucial...

  12. HALF-TIME St Mirren 1-0 Livingstonpublished at 15:52 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

Sean Kelly's own goal separates the sides at the break.

It's been cagey. Fourteen of the last 15 matches between these two have been a draw or decided by just one goal - will we see a repeat of that again this afternoon?

  13. HALF-TIME Hearts 0-0 St Johnstonepublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    All square at the break.

Hearts came flying out of the traps and created several chances, forcing two good saves from Saints keeper Dimitar Mitov.

But St Johnstone have come back into the game and had a couple of good opportunities to score themselves. Zander Clark made an instinctive save to deny Luke Robinson from close range.

No goals though in the Craig Levein derby.

  14. HALF-TIME Dundee 0-1 Hibernianpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

Hibs lead at the break through Jair Tavares' second goal of the season.

The visitors' levels have dropped since the goal though, and goalkeeper David Marshall was forced into several sharp saves to keep out Luke McCowan and Amadou Bakayoko.

  15. HALF-TIME Celtic 0-0 Motherwellpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

Over 78% possession for the leaders at Celtic Park, but just one shot on target to show for it.

Liam Kelly has been forced into two fine stops in the visiting goal, but the away side began to pose a threat of their own as the half progressed.

The Well defence will need to match the defensive resilience they have shown so far after the break to get a big point.

  16. HALF-TIME Ross County 0-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

Derek Adams must be wondering how his Ross County side aren't ahead in this one. They've had two efforts cleared off the line and forced Will Dennis into a couple of fantastic saves.

Kilmarnock look dangerous on the break, but have only made Ross Laidlaw work once - when he tipped Danny Armstrong's deflected effort behind for a corner.

Despite a plethora of chances, it remains goalless.

    Celtic 0-0 Motherwell

Harry Paton does well to win a foul about 25 yards from the Celtic goal.

Blair Spittal takes, it's up and over the wall but also up and over the bar.

  18. 'Celtic need more'published at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    Celtic 0-0 Motherwell

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

Motherwell have weathered the waves of pressure that came their way midway through the half and are now pretty comfortable as the interval approaches. Their tails are up a little, while Celtic haven't created many clear cut chances despite all their possession.

The home side have threatened down the left with Luis Palma but down the other side, Yang has failed to create anything of note. With Mikey Johnston and Marco Tilio on the bench, the Korean may have to up his game to stay on.

  19. Off the line!published at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    Ross County 0-0 Kilmarnock

Another County shot is cleared off the line!

This time it's Connor Randall, who cut in on his left and curled for the top corner, but once again Joe Wright headed off the line when Will Dennis was beaten.

  20. 'Relief for Buddies as they grab initiative'published at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 25 November 2023

    St Mirren 1-0 Livingston

    Martin Dowden
    BBC Scotland at SMISA Stadium

Stephen Robinson's side have not been at their best but that opener is so important and seems to have brought them to life.

Livingston were more than matching them, having just hit the woodwork, but when it isn't going for you. it really isn't.

It could easily have been two with the returning Jonah Ayunga so close as his header clipped the crossbar.

    Finally, some excitement!
