As Port Vale and Stevenage battle on at Vale Park, here's a quick summary of what we know has happened so far tonight.
In the restaged first-round tie, Forest Green emerged victorious - 4-2 in an entertaining game at Scarborough. They will now play Blackpool away in the second round next Tuesday.
Newport were 4-1 winners in their second round replay at Barnet as they scored three goals in the opening 25 minutes and never looked back. Their reward is a home tie with non-league Eastleigh.
An early Jamille Matt goal allowed Walsall to sneak through against Alfreton of the National League North. They will head to Southampton in round three.
And in the second round, Bristol Rovers won for the first time under new boss Matt Taylor, scoring four times to knock out League Two Crewe.

It was great to see Sean Robertson scoring his first goal for Forest Green, Matt Stevens scoring after being injured.
Jesse Thompson and Preston Mason also made their professional debuts.
There are so many positives to take.
Port Vale 2-2 Stevenage
Stevenage looking more likely to pinch this.
Another headed chance for them, this time for Luther Wildin, but he's off target.
Port Vale 2-2 Stevenage
Chances at both ends in that first period of extra-time.
Can either side nick victory or will we need spot kicks to see who will go through to play Maidstone in round three?
Ben Garrity, two goals tonight for Vale, is booked for diving after going down in the area.

Alfreton manager Billy Heath would have seen that his side had momentum tonight.
You then got to that point where it was now or never.
But sadly, it just wasn't to be the night for Alfreton.
Port Vale 2-2 Stevenage
Ben Garrity going for his hat-trick has the first effort of extra time.
He brings a long ball down and shoots firmly but Taye Ashby-Hammond is down well to save for Stevenage.
Dan Butler then tries his luck from range for the visitors and forces Connor Ripley to work for Vale.
But then an even closer effort for Stevenage as Kyle Hemmings gets up to meet Nick Freeman's cross and glances his header narrowly wide.

It is a slightly bizarre end to the evening with two idiots on the pitch.
But, fair play to Forest Green.
I am really pleased and proud because that was not an easy game coming here - a home crowd that were really up for it.
Rovers were really professional and got the job done.
Two Scarborough fans invaded the pitch just before the final whistle.
Port Vale 2-2 Stevenage
Both sides have plenty of fresher legs out there having both made five subtitutions.
A tentative opening to extra time.
FT: Scarborough 2-4 Forest Green
Darren Foreman
Former Scarborough striker on BBC Radio York
Both sides tried to get the ball down and tried to play.
Scarborough edged the first 30 minutes. Forest Green came back into it after their goal.
The home players and management can feel proud of their cup run.
They will be really disappointed, not taking anything away from Forest Green, the fourth goal looked offside but ultimately it probably didn't make any difference to the result.

Just over 300 fans are giving their team in yellow and grey a massive round of applause right now.
The team from the sixth tier have held their own against the side 42 places above them in the pyramid.
Over the course of 180 minutes, two matches and one abandonment, it’s a single goal that separates the two. But it’s Walsall who will bank £67,000 of FA Cup prize money and a January trip to Southampton.
For Alfreton Town, it’s back to the business of the National League North, but they have been a credit to every side plying their trade as a part-timers.

A hallmark for me was at the end, when the full-time whistle was blown and Alfreton's Harrison Perritt dropped to his knees.
It was almost like he had lost in a cup final.
It was a reflection of just how hard they tried tonight, he amount of effort that they put in.
There is more of a celebration now, the Alfreton fans have all come to the front of the stand, there is a mutual connection between them.
They have had an incredible cup run and they should all be really proud of their achievements and what they have done for the club.
Port Vale 2-2 Stevenage
Away we go again for 30 minutes more at Vale Park.
An away tie at Maidstone of National League South awaits the winner.
FT: Scarborough 2-4 Forest Green
Forest Green head over to the small band of fans - all 52 of them - who have travelled up from Gloucestershire for this replayed FA Cup first-round tie.
Now they have to negotiate the A64, M1, M62, M6 and M5 to get home. Good luck with that!
And in seven days time, they'll have to trek up the road again for their second round tie away to Blackpool.
Port Vale 2-2 Stevenage
What a remarkable turnaround from Steveneage.
Ben Garritt put Port Vale ahead ahead after just six minutes and then added a second 10 minutes into the second half.
But Harvey White came off the bench to give Stevenage some hope with a goal nine minutes from time and then Kyle Hemmings forced extra time in the sixth minute of time added on.
Crewe 2-4 Bristol Rovers
The Gas had been scoring goals recently - but just no more than one in each of their last seven games.
But they've put that right tonight to earn a trip to Norwich in the third round.
John Marquis and James Wilson scored inside seven first-half minutes before Antony Evans added a third just before the break.
Ryan Cooney's own goal just after half-time then firmly put the tie beyond Crewe.
The hosts pulled goals back through substitute Elliott Nevitt and Aaron Rowe but they were left with too big a task.
Walsall 1-0 Alfreton
Walsall have done it. Just. And the League Two side finally shrug off their National League North opponents at the third meeting.
The first was frozen off, the second was 0-0 but Jamille Matt's goal after just six minutes is enough to send the Saddlers through.
The home side hit the post twice as they tried to close out the rubber and endured a couple of nervy moments at the back as Alfreton threatened an equaliser.
But it'll be Walsall away at Southampton in round three.
Scarborough 2-4 Forest Green
So Forest Green have had three ties now with Scarborough, have scored 10 goals and have rebooked their place in the second round.
Having gone behind in the first half, they have come back strongly to wrap this one up and secured a trip to Blackpool in the second round.
A hard-fought win for the side 23rd in League Two.

Cries of frustration and dissent from the home fans.
They feel like their team should have put this game to bed long ago.
Mat Sadler has been under pressure at Walsall.
Their creditable win at Notts County did a lot to alleviate that but tonight’s performance will certainly ask some questions.
42 places separate these two in the football pyramid, but it’s been hard to see that at times.
Kane Hemmings (90+6 mins)
Stevenage have levelled right at the death!
Kane Hemmings with the goal deep, deep into stoppage time.
The visitors were done with 10 minutes to play, 2-0 down, but now they have a chance to turn the tie completed around.
