Forest Green's Tyrese Omotoye was right on the goal-line, that is where you have got to be.

He needs to add more goals to his game, he would be the first to tell you that.

It was great play - the goalkeeper did well - but it was brilliant from Omotoye to be in the right place at the right time.

Ben Garrity's goal after six minutes gives Vale the lead at the break.

The home side have tested Taye Ashby-Hammond a couple of times since in the Stevenage goal but it remains tight at Vale Park.

An away tie at Maidstone of National League South is up for grabs.

Oh so close to a second for Vale.

Alfie Devine's shot takes a big deflection and has the goalkeeper beaten - but it's just wide of the post.
