"We were there and controlled the game, but the best way to control them is to keep the ball in the third part of the pitch, we did well in the first half but we didn't score.

"Second half we scored so we controlled more of the game."

On Arsenal fans: "It is all about trust, I arrived at the club with patience and desire to improve, I think I am doing good. Unfortunately I have been injured, but I don't want [that].

"I got kicked in training so I had some problems again, but I am working hard and doing everything to be on the on the pitch."

On team-mates: "The support of my team-mates is good. Today I was a little unlucky with one chance - I am happy they keep supporting me."

That was the chance for Fulham. Bobby de Cordova-Reid crosses from the left, Rodrigo Muniz, eight yards out and central, rises above his marker but can only head straight at Jordan Pickford.

Eberechi Eze is hunting for his hat-trick, and a chance to put this game to bed for Palace.

He slices through the Sheffield United defence before side-footing an effort from close range which is kept out by the body of substitute stopper Wes Foderingham.

A stretcher has been called for and it is for Everton's Arnaut Danjuma. He doesn't get on the stretcher in the end but is helped off by two of Everton's medical team, with Danjuma unable to put any weight down on his foot and looking in a lot of pain.

More changes for Luton as they get to enjoy this trouble-free end to the game. Cauley Woodrow and Luke Berry are on for Carlton Morris and Ross Barkley.

There's not many times where players get me excited but this young man [Michael Olise] gets me excited, he is going to be whatever he wants to be. I hope he stays fit for the whole of his career because he is a joy to watch, he's sensational.

The finish is fantastic, he controls that with his left foot and bends that into the far corner. I think that's a fantastic finish from Olise. It's a side foot finish from 20 yards out, it's not a volley. The technique is unbelievable.

I don't think any Aston Villa fan arrived at Villa Park tonight expecting this. They started fairly well but have been a distant second best since Newcastle got their first.
