    Swansea 0-1 Plymouth

Plymouth still have the lead in South Wales, but that's thanks to goalkeeper Conor Hazard.

Jerry Yates should have levelled for the Swans, latching onto a pass from Brazilian midfielder Ronald, but the keeper makes a great stop with his legs.

Jamie Paterson and Ollie Cooper have also gone close since former Swansea striker Morgan Whittaker put Argyle in front.

    Blackburn 0-0 QPR

Almost the opener from QPR in audacious fashion.

Sinclair Armstrong lets fly with a long range drive which forces Blackburn keeper Aynsley Pears into a fine save.

Still goalless here but for how much longer?

  3. Postpublished at 15:35 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    West Brom 0-0 Birmingham

West Brom v BirminghamImage source, Rex Features

It's still goalless in this derby, but there hasn't been a shortage of chances.

West Brom's Jed Wallace called Blues goalkeeper Neil Etheridge into action, while Brandon Thomas-Asante has had a few efforts blocked.

    Preston 2-0 Ipswich

What sort of response do Ipswich have to going two goals down early on against Preston?

Well the visitors have won a flurry of free-kicks but as yet they're yet to test the Lilywhites.

  5. 'First goal vital'published at 15:34 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Huddersfield 0-0 Sheff Wed

    John Pearson
Former Sheffield Wednesday forward on BBC Radio Sheffield

It is absolutely vital for Sheffield Wednesday to get that first goal.

They've shown a bit of character and come back into the game, but they've just slowed down a bit and let Huddersfield come back.

    Kasey McAteer (30 mins)

    Leicester celebrateImage source, Rex Features

It's two goals in three minutes from Leicester, and the leaders are cruising!

Kasey McAteer winds up from distance with a hopeful shot, and his effort takes a deflection on the way to beating Stoke goalkeeper Jack Bonham

  7. Postpublished at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    West Brom 0-0 Birmingham

    Tony Brown
West Brom's all-time record goalscorer on BBC Radio WM

I think it's been a good start from Albion.

They are pushing Blues back, they aren't allowing them to have any good possession for a length of time.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:29 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Huddersfield 0-0 Sheff Wed

Huddersfield have been forced into an early change against Sheffield Wednesday after Rhys Healey pulled up with what seems to be a groin injury.

He's replaced by Ben Wiles. Still goalless, here.

  9. Whittaker savours his momentpublished at 15:29 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Swansea 0-1 Plymouth

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

Morgan Whittaker has his goal on his return to Swansea - and it looked like he enjoyed that one.

No wonder, really, given that he was given few first-team opportunities at Swansea under either Steve Cooper or Russell Martin, before leaving last summer following the appointment of Michael Duff.

Whittaker has been the best player on the pitch so far, by a distance.

Swansea have it all to do.

    Watford 0-0 Cardiff

Not a great deal in the way of goalmouth action at Vicarage Road, although Cardiff keeper Jak Alnwick has been called into action to deny Ryan Andrews just now.

At the other end, the Bluebirds' Josh Bowler stabbed a chance wide, but that's been about it.

  11. Postpublished at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Blackburn 0-0 QPR

Still goalless at Ewood Park but Blackburn are pushing for the opener against QPR.

Tyrhys Dolan tees up Joe Rankin-Costello inside the Rs' box but visiting keeper Asmir Begovic makes a save after his low strike.

  12. goal

GOAL: Stoke 0-1 Leicesterpublished at 15:28 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Patson Daka (27 mins)

    Leicester celebrateImage source, Rex Features

Championship leaders Leicester open the scoring, with Patson Daka with the simplest of tap-in finishes.

And it comes after some great work from Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who wins the ball back then stands up a great cross for Abdul Fatawu to knock down for Daka to finish.

    Norwich 0-0 Coventry

Marcelino Nunez has just picked up a yellow card for a tussle with Tatsuhiro Sakamoto, then the Chilean keeps up with his intense approach and wins the ball high up the pitch.

He then tries to tee up Gabriel Sara, but the shot is off target.

  14. Classic local derbypublished at 15:25 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    West Brom 0-0 Birmingham

    Ged Scott
    BBC Sport at The Hawthorns

Noisy, highly committed, passionate first 20 minutes at The Hawthorns. Classic local derby fare so far. As it should be. But no goals.

Birmingham City have turned up wearing a highly eye-catching away strip, a neon orangey sort of highlighter-pen pink!

Hoping that doesn't become a trend in football, or it will send my eyes even wonkier!

  15. goal

GOAL: Swansea 0-1 Plymouthpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Morgan Whittaker (18 mins)

    Plymouth celebrateImage source, Rex Features

That's 16 Championship goals this season for Morgan Whittaker!

Argyle's top scorer wins the corner with a drive that Carl Rushworth tips over and then latches on to Adam Forshaw's ball to rifle home from the edge of the box.

Wonder whether Swansea might be regretting the decision to sell him? The Green Army certainly won't mind. Is this the day they finally get to witness an away win?

  16. Postpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Huddersfield 0-0 Sheff Wed

Huddersfield v Sheff WedImage source, Rex Features

Still goalless at Huddersfield but the managerless hosts have threatened early on against Sheffield Wednesday.

Josh Koroma tries his luck with a strike from outside the box but his effort is well blocked by the visitors.

  17. Postpublished at 15:19 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Stoke 0-0 Leicester

Leicester's joint top scorer Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has tested Stoke goalkeeper Jack Bonham for the first time today.

And a good stop is needed, as he tips the midfielder's header over the bar.

  18. Postpublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Preston 2-0 Ipswich

    Brett Ormerod
Former Blackpool and Preston striker on BBC Radio Lancashire

Preston's first was a fantastic finish. It's a fantastic ball from Will Keane, great run. They've started the game really bright and they've had a bit of luck.

  19. Postpublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    West Brom 0-0 Birmingham

Just moments after West Brom carve out their first chance, Jay Stansfield stings the palms of goalkeeper Alex Palmer at the other end.

The threats are everywhere in this derby.

  20. Whittaker an early threatpublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February

    Swansea 0-0 Plymouth

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

Morgan Whittaker played when Swansea hosted Plymouth Argyle in a League Cup tie in 2021.

He was playing for the Swans that night, and scored three times as they cruised to a 4-1 victory.

Whittaker only scored three further goals in what was a fairly unhappy spell in Wales, but he is back with the Plymouth captain's armband today and already looks like being a thorn in Swansea's side.

If Luke Williams is to get a first Swansea league win today, his team are going to have to find a way to limit Whittaker's influence.
