    Pick that one out!

Jill Roord makes space on the right of the Durham box, and rockets a briliant strike off the stanchion in the top corner of the home goal. It made a beautiful noise as the shot flew in.

    Man City in total control.

  2. 'Durham don't want to concede now'published at 13:08 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Durham 0-1 Man City

    Rachel Corsie
Scotland and Aston Villa defender on BBC iPlayer

The next 10 minutes will be key. It is even more dangerous for Durham that they have started to have some possession.

Concentration will become a question mark. They definitely don't want to concede a second now because getting in at 1-0 gives them a chance to fix a couple of things.

  3. CLOSE!published at 13:08 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Manchester United 2-0 Newcastle

Why not?! Katie Zelem takes aim from a good 25 yards out and the Manchester United skipper is not far away at all. Her shot fizzes over the top.

The early pressure tells for Arsenal.

A long range shot from Victoria Pelova is parried back into the box by Watford keeper Jacqui Goldsmid, and Alessia Russo is on hand to tap in the rebound from close range.

A tough start for the visitors.

    Arsenal 0-0 Watford

We're just about five minutes into the game and as expected Arsenal have enjoyed the lion's share of possession so far.

Watford have kept just one clean sheet this season (all competitions), and with the Gunners' array of attacking firepower the Hornets have quite the task of making that two this afternoon.

  6. KICK-OFFpublished at 13:06 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Manchester United 2-0 Newcastle

We're back up and running in Leigh as last year's finalists look to get the job done against Newcastle.

    Durham 0-1 Man City

This has turned into a really decent game. City scored early and have had a hatful of chances to put the game to bed, but Durham have clung on and are now creating opportunities.

The latest, following a deep free kick launched into the City area, sees Ireland international Saoirse Noonan force a near post save from Khiara Keating.

    Arsenal 0-0 Watford

An early opening for Vivianne Miedema.

She latches onto a clever reverse pass from Victoria Pelova, but her attempted shot is smothered for the visitors by a combination of keeper and defender.

  12. 'Long ball tactic can work for City'published at 13:01 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Durham 0-1 Manchester City

    Rachel Corsie
Scotland and Aston Villa defender on BBC iPlayer

Sometimes, playing the long ball over the top is a good idea, it keeps Durham's back line on their toes, knowing if City can get through them that way, they will.

  13. KICK-OFFpublished at 13:01 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Pressure from Durham!

Khiara Keating mishits a clearance, Durham come back at City and earn a free kick 30 yards out central.

But Beth Hepple mishits a cross and sends it flying out for a goal kick. Huge chance wasted.

  18. Team news - One change for lowest-ranked Lutonpublished at 12:56 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

Luton Town v Brighton (13:00 GMT)

Eastern Region Premier League side Luton Town are the lowest ranked team left in the competition and have already won five games to reach this stage.

They face a Brighton team who are four divisions - and 43 places - above them but the WSL outfit have been far from in great form.

The Seagulls are 10th in the table but have tasted victory just twice in the league this season so there may be a few nerves despite the gap between the sides.

Brighton boss Melissa Phillips has made three changes from the side which played Aston Villa before the winter break. Julia Zigiotti, Emma Kullberg and Lee Geum-min come into the side with Elisabeth Terland, Maisie Symonds and Jorelyn Carabali the players to make way.

Luton manager Rob Burton has made one change from the side which knocked out Keynsham Town in their last match on 17 December as Amber Perason starts in midfield and Elizabeth Sanders drops to the bench.

Luton XI: Butler, Ferris, Blacksley, Wade, Buttigieg, McKay, Palmiero, Pearson, Dickens, Maddix, Lewis.

Subs: Khan, Robinson, Wilson, Taylor, Hussain, Major, Sanders, Spillman

Brighton XI: Baggaley, Thorisdottir, Pattinson, Bergsvand, Losada, Sarri, Bremer, Lee, Zigotti, Kullberg, Robinson.

Subs: Terland, Pinto, Symonds, Mengwen, Startup, McEwen, Dent, Pegram

    Durham 0-1 Manchester City

    Rachel Corsie

I can't believe it. Shaw is clean through on goal, it's quite direct. Keating has that range and Shaw is through, I can't believe she's squared it. Most strikers don't pass there. On grass, it may not have gone so quickly to help.
