    That's a wrap for this evening's coverage.

Bournemouth are the first team through to the fifth round of the FA Cup after a ruthless first-half dismantling of Swansea.

The triumphant Cherries will discover their next opponents on Sunday, before turning their attention back to the Premier League.

But for Championship Swansea, their cup dreams are over after an evening to forget.

There are four more FA Cup fourth-round ties to come tomorrow night - including Tottenham's meeting with Manchester City - and we'll have coverage of them all.

We hope you can join us again tomorrow. Until then, thanks for your company tonight and enjoy the rest of your evening.

The way the game has gone tonight, the performance and the intensity, we can dare to dream.

Swansea head coach Luke Williams on S4C: "It was a horrible night for us.

"I apologised to the players as I tried to set up the team to cause a problem for the opposition. Because it's a cup game we have to find a way to win the game.

"I got the balance wrong, too many players in advanced positions and in the turnover too few players to stem the attack and the opposition were very good.

"It was very difficult to get near their goal and in the second half we tried to limit the damage because the scoreline was too heavy.

"The players were very nervous but I don't want to talk too much about individual errors. We're playing against an outstanding team who we are most probably going to lose against because there's too much of a gap between the quality of the two teams at this moment in time.

"Individual mistakes were disappointing but I needed to help the team quicker and find a way to give them more bodies behind the ball to defend."

How can Bournemouth consider letting David Brooks go? I'd be shocked.

David is a top player and as he's shown tonight he can offer Bournemouth a great deal.

Bournemouth captain and man of the match David Brooks on S4C: "I'm trying to do the best I can when I get the minutes and the opportunities.

"We've got a great group of players and today was one of the chances I get to show what I'm capable of and hopefully I've done that.

"I want to be as fit as possible for the [Euro 2024] play-offs with Wales in March, trying to get as much football as possible and these are the games where I can show what I can do to bump up the minutes ahead of the qualifiers."

Luke's learning on a daily basis, he would've learnt a great deal from his players tonight.

It's alright playing nice football but you've got the keep the ball out of the net, the basics tonight from Swansea were woeful.

Bournemouth goalscorer Alex Scott on S4C: "We weren't at our best on Sunday and to come back out here and the first half was brilliant from us.

"When you've got a player like David Brooks, who put it on a plate for me, it's a good result.

"The main thing from us was to have a quick start, when we've played the teams in the Championship we've had a slow start so to be 5-0 up at half-time was massive for us."

Luke Williams looked unsure of himself when that third, that fourth and fifth went in.

The shape was absolutely useless and they were beaten by a superior side.

  9. 'Total dominance from Bournemouth'published at 21:41 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January

    FT: Bournemouth 5-0 Swansea

    John Williams
Former Bournemouth defender on BBC Radio Solent

Total dominance from Bournemouth. Really good fast football, Swansea didn't get a chance to get out of the blocks.

One of these performances has been coming for quite a while. There've been some disappointing results in the Premier League but tonight's result shows what they can do if the opposition isn't quite at it.

Swansea kept trying to play the same way, but you can't do that if teams keep pulling you apart.

Matt Grimes has set himself such a high standard over the past few seasons, but we haven't seen the Matt Grimes of past this season.

  11. 'Bournemouth's football was exceptional'published at 21:36 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January

    FT: Bournemouth 5-0 Swansea

    John Williams
Former Bournemouth defender on BBC Radio Solent

It's been a great evening, second half it quietened down a bit.

Some of the football Bournemouth played in the first half was absolutely exceptional and great goals to score with some excellent one touch passing.

  12. FULL-TIME - Bournemouth 5-0 Swanseapublished at 21:35 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January

Bournemouth are through to the fifth round of the FA Cup thanks to their first-half demolition of Swansea.

All five of the Premier League side's goals came before the interval on what was a dismal night for their Championship opponents.

Player of the match is David Brooks, the Welshman was outstanding tonight.

He was honestly at the centre of everything in the first half, he looked so sharp and led by example.

  15. Postpublished at 89 mins

    Bournemouth 5-0 Swansea

Swansea captain Matt Grimes is down and receiving treatment.

Even with this scoreline, losing Grimes would arguably be the worst result of the night for Swansea.

What a corner that was from Lewis Cook.

Kieffer Moore will be so disappointed though, normally when you touch it with your head those go in.

    So close.

It's too easy for Marcus Tavernier to work it on to his left foot and cause Swansea problems.

  19. Postpublished at 86 mins

    Bournemouth 5-0 Swansea

Marcus Tavernier has another shot, which deflects off Jay Fulton for a corner.

Kieffer Moore has a flicked header towards goal from that corner, and it misses by just a few inches.

  20. Postpublished at 84 mins

    Bournemouth 5-0 Swansea

Marcus Tavernier poses a threat on Bournemouth's right again but Swansea survive.

They've got six minutes (plus added time) to score five goals and get themselves level. So not even a goal a minute.
