Arsenal v Man City (12:30 GMT)

    Manchester City

Man City forward Chloe Kelly, speaking to BBC Sport: "It is amazing, great to be here and looking forward to the game. The FA Cup cup is exciting.

"Of course we enjoy these big games and it is exciting for everyone involved - being the away team I enjoy that.

"I am very confident for today we are playing great football, it is enjoyable being in the front-line. It all comes down to the training pitch and putting the work in.

"This is a top team and we deserve silverware - we will fight in any competition we are in."

  2. Taylor 'confident' Kelly will stay at Citypublished at 12:25 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12.30 GMT)

Aan integral part of City's season so far has been England winger Chloe Kelly, who has played in all 19 of their matches.

Reports this week suggest the 26-year-old is being targeted by Paris St-Germain, external, but Taylor was keen to dismiss those rumours, saying he is "confident" the club can keep hold of the 2022 Euros final matchwinner.

"These things happen when players are doing well. These rumours come out, how true they are, who knows," he said.

"Chloe is playing well at the moment but there's more to come from her. She's a great personality and someone who is eager to learn.

"We're working so hard to retain our best players. It's about coming to an agreement, but life goes on. We continue in the same vein and we want people who are committed to being at the club and we have that at the moment.

"Even Lauren [Hemp], there's been a bit of speculation there but she's been brilliant for us, top class."

  3. Deja vu for Gunners?published at 12:24 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12.30 GMT)

It is the second year in a row the Gunners have been drawn against a top WSL team at this stage of the tournament.

Chelsea knocked them out at the same point last year and Arsenal boss Jonas Eidevall knows his side will have to be at their best to progress.

"It's always quite intense games, challenging games [against City]," he said.

"Games have been won on small margins and we have to work as a collective to get results. We look forward to these games the most."

It's been a tough week for Brighton interim boss Mikey Harris.

Since coming in to replace the sacked Melissa Phillips at the start the month, Brighton suffered a 2-0 defeat by Manchester United in the WSL last weekend and were knocked out of the League Cup by Aston Villa on Wednesday.

No update has yet been provided about a permanent manager but Harris said he is enjoying "the adventure" despite an "intense" week.

Perhaps today's game against National League North side Wolves is the perfect opportunity to boost the Seagull's confidence.

  6. 'Free hit' for Man Citypublished at 12:21 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12.30 GMT)

Arsenal have won three of their last five games against Manchester City, but boss Gareth Taylor says the match is a "free hit" for both sides.

"Fine details [will decide the match], it always seems to be 2-1," Taylor said in his pre-match news conference.

"We feel we have the ability to open up teams with the opportunities we create. I expect it to be tight, it's a free hit for both teams."

This game is the only all-WSL tie in the FA Cup fourth round.

  7. Arsenal aim to 'upset the party'published at 12:19 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12.30 GMT)

Arsenal captain Leah Williamson says her side are aiming to "upset the party" today.

Manchester City head into this game at Meadow Park unbeaten in their last nine games in all competitions.

Both teams are still in the Women's Super League title race, with City second behind leaders Chelsea and Arsenal three points behind in third.

"The magic of the cup is games like this," Williamson told BBC Sport.

"Playing one of the most in-form teams in the world at the minute at our ground, Sunday afternoon, that's the reason you play the game.

"They are in form and deserve that respect at the minute but we are definitely looking to upset the party.

"We seem to get these draws early, the big games. You have to beat the best to win it. We're laser-focused on it."

  8. 'We know it's David and Goliath'published at 12:18 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

    Wolves v Brighton (13:00 GMT)

    Dan McNamaraImage source, Getty Images

Wolves boss Dan McNamara has called today's FA Cup tie with WSL opponents Brighton a "David and Goliath" game.

Wolves are one of just two Women’s National League sides remaining in the FA Cup, along with Nottingham Forest.

They reached the fifth round for the first time in 20 years with victories over Stourbridge, Peterborough United, Hull City and they inflicted a shock exit on Championship side Reading in the last round with Destiney Toussaint scoring a dramatic 87th-minute winner.

"Anything is possible. The girls definitely believe," McNamara told the club's website.

"Brighton are going through a bit of a tough patch themselves, but unless you believe there's no point in these cup runs we're on and it's all about making memories for us.

"We've made some fantastic ones over the last few years and why can't we make a really huge one and get the club to the quarter-final?"

  9. Focus on domestic cups for Arsenalpublished at 12:17 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12:30 GMT)

    Emma Sanders
    BBC Sport at Meadow Park

Last weekend's defeat by West Ham in the WSL has put this game in another limelight for Arsenal.

With Champions League football already gone for the season and their WSL title hopes heavily dented by Sunday's defeat, they will be desperate to go all the way in the cup competitions.

The good news is Jonas Eidevall's side have beaten City at home on all four occasions since the Swede took over.

Arsenal are record holders in the competition too having won it 14 times - but their last was in 2015-16.

City have won three Women's FA Cups, including Gareth Taylor's first trophy in the 2020 final and they have come close in recent seasons.

Forest’s Louanne Worsey and Wolves’ Amber Hughes are leading the chasing pack for the FA Cup Golden Ball Award with six goals each in this season’s competition.

Natasha Leach from Arnold Eagles remains the top scorer, having scored 15 goals in this season’s competition.

  13. What chance of an upset?published at 12:12 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

In the fourth round, none of the WSL sides facing lower-league teams suffered an upset. If that is repeated today, we will have an all-WSL quarter-final line-up.

There are a few ties which have ripe upset potential today however, not least the two Women’s National League sides remaining in the competition - Nottingham Forest and Wolverhampton Wanderers - who have both drawn home ties against WSL opposition.

Forest’s Louanne Worsey was named the ‘Baller of the Round’ for the fourth round after scoring two goals against Plymouth Argyle. Could a similar performance secure a huge upset today?

  14. 'It is crunch time'published at 12:10 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12:30 GMT)

    Manchester City

Manchester City manager Gareth Taylor, speaking to BBC Sport. On the two changes: "I think Kerstin Casparij has been in really good form, Alanna Kennedy stepped in and did well on Wednesday [1-0 win against Tottenham].

"But, Kerstin has nailed down that position and has been important going forward with the ball and without it.

"With Laura Coombs we have managed her in the week, she is a really good player and has good experience in these types of games."

On form: "We are always striving to get better, but I think we are playing really well. The team has done great, nine wins in all competitions is impressive at any level.

"I think some of the style and intensity we have been playing at is really impressive."

On pressure: "I wouldn't say there is pressure, but it is hard to win a trophy.

"I was fortunate to win two in my first two seasons and we didn’t win one last season and all of a sudden it is a disaster.

"There is only so many trophies available, but this is an opportunity now.

"It is crunch time and you have to be flawless with everything."

  15. 'We want to go as far as we can'published at 12:09 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12:30 GMT)

    Arsenal

Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall, speaking to BBC Sport. On Vivianne Miedema: "She has a slight irritation to the knee, so we have to be precautious. Unfortunately she cannot take part, but hopefully she will return soon."

On Sabrina D'Angelo replacing Manuela Zinsberger: "Every game is new for us, we have two really good goalkeepers with both Sabrina and Manuela. It is tough competition and I think Sabrina has some great qualities to fit for this game."

On prioritising the FA Cup: "All competitions we take part in are really important and we want to go as far as we can and hopefully win them as well."

  16. Spicy history as giants face offpublished at 12:07 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

Arsenal v Man City (12:30 GMT)

    Emma Sanders
    BBC Sport at Meadow Park

There is no need to emphasise the magnitude of this game in the Women's FA Cup.

Both teams believe they can go all the way in the competition so to face each other in the fifth round is exciting for the neutral.

The last time Manchester City travelled to Meadow Park back in November, they lost 2-1 and Arsenal boss Jonas Eidevall was accused of "bullying" an official by Gareth Taylor.

The spat between the two managers lasted a few days with Eidevall hitting back at Taylor, saying it was "borderline slander".

Whether they have spoken since is unknown so it will be interesting to see how they get on next to each other in the dugouts.

On the pitch, Arsenal now have Vivianne Miedema, Beth Mead and Leah Williamson fit, while City have momentum in the league.

It's likely to be a very different test - but undoubtedly just as spicy.

  17. Leicester hit Birmingham for sixpublished at 12:06 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

    FT: Leicester 6-2 Birmingham

Leicester City put six goals past Championship side Birmingham City to book their place in the Women's FA Cup quarter-finals.

Birmingham were in front after just two minutes at Pirelli Stadium when Deearna Goodwin put through her own net but Leicester mounted a swift comeback, courtesy of goals from Janice Cayman and Shannon O'Brien, to lead after 23 minutes.

Libby Smith levelled for the visitors shortly before half-time but Leicester restored their advantage when O'Brien met the ball at the back post to slot in her second of the afternoon.

Leicester's class told in the second period as the Women's Super League (WSL) side scored three unanswered goals through Saori Takarada, Deanne Rose and Aileen Whelan.

The Foxes have scored 10 goals across their two FA Cup fixtures this season and are through to the last eight of the competition for the first time since 2020-21.

  18. Spurs squeeze past Charltonpublished at 12:05 Greenwich Mean Time 11 February

    FT: Tottenham 1-0 Charlton

Substitute Kit Graham scored the only goal as Tottenham edged past Championship leaders Charlton into the quarter-finals of the Women's FA Cup.

After exiting the Women's League Cup with a 1-0 loss against Manchester City on Wednesday, Spurs bounced back to ensure they are still in contention for silverware this season.

They twice hit the woodwork - through Eveliina Summanen and captain Bethany England - before breaking the deadlock with 15 minutes left.

Graham, who had only been on the field for five minutes, won the ball on the edge of the box and drove low beyond goalkeeper Jessica Gray.

The win ends a run of three matches without victory across all competitions and means Spurs reach the last eight of the competition for the first time since 2020-21.

    BBC Sport at Meadow Park

I’m told Vivianne Miedema, who is not in the Arsenal squad today, has a slight knee irritation.

Arsenal are hopeful she will be back for Wednesday’s League Cup quarter-final or on Saturday for the WSL match against Manchester United.
