Sheffield United's quality in their final pass has been really lacking, but their intent has remained good throughout.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:52 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Leeds 1-1 Plymouth

Mateo Joseph has replaced Georginio Rutter for Leeds.

  3. Postpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Sheff Utd 2-4 Brighton

James McAtee shapes to shoot from a promising position but he can't quite sort out his feet and Lewis Dunk is able to block.

  4. Postpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Everton 1-1 Luton Town

    Referee!

Everton boss Sean Dyche is brought down by Luke Berry as he slides off the pitch.

A concerning few moments for the Luton player, but there are no hard feelings as Dyche helps him back to his feet.

It continues to be an end-to-end conclusion to this one.

  5. 'Brighton are too good to be playacting'published at 16:50 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Sheff Utd 2-4 Brighton

    Carl Asaba
Former Sheffield United striker on BBC Radio Sheffield

Van Hecke should be getting highlighted after the game and getting booked.

These Brighton players are too good for any playacting, if you stamp it out it won't happen in future.

  6. Postpublished at 16:50 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Leeds 1-1 Plymouth

    John Bennett
    Final Score at Elland Road

Anywhere else from Patrick Bamford and that would have gone in. I can't believe he hasn't won this cup tie for Leeds.

  7. 'It would have been a tap in'published at 16:49 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Everton 1-1 Luton Town

    Izzy Christiansen
Former Everton and England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

Chermiti with a wonderful header back across goal and no one was there to take advantage for Everton.

It would have been a tap in if anyone had been alive to the situation.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Leeds 1-1 Plymouth

Matthew Sorinola and Julio Pleguezuelo have come on for Plymouth.

Mickel Miller and Ashley Phillips are taken off.

  9. goal

GOAL - Leicester 3-0 Birmingham Citypublished at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Dennis Praet

The Foxes will be in the fifth-round draw!

It's a lovely, composed finish by Dennis Praet, who arrows a first-time shot from Thomas Cannon's cut-back into the bottom corner to seal victory.

The hosts were lucky to come through the first half on level terms - but they have shown their class in the second.

  10. Postpublished at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Everton 1-1 Luton Town

Five minutes to go in this one.

Can anyone find a late winner?

  11. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Leeds 1-1 Plymouth

    A double change for Leeds.

Patrick Bamford and Junior Firpo enter the field.

Sam Byram and Jamie Shackleton made way.

Leicester, FA Cup winners in 2021, have won 16 of their last 21 matches in the competition - and a 17th in 22 is not far away.

The Foxes are in complete control as we enter the final few minutes of normal time.

Birmingham City have had their chances and will likely be left to mull over what could have been.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:45 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Sheff Utd 2-4 Brighton

Tariq Lamptey and Adam Lallana have come on for Brighton in a double change.

Jack Hinshelwood and Facundo Buonanotte were the players to make way.

  14. 'Harrison has that in his locker'published at 16:44 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Everton 1-1 Luton Town

    Izzy Christiansen
Former Everton and England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

That would have been spectacular from Jack Harrison. Acrobatic effort, tries to connect with the ball on the half volley but doesn't quite get over it. He has that sort of goal in his locker though.

It was a lovely weighted ball across the box from Dwight McNeil too.

  15. Postpublished at 16:44 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Everton 1-1 Luton Town

There's a brief check for handball following an Everton cross into the Luton box, but the VAR doesn't act on anything in the end.

Tim Krul gets an ear-full from the home support as he waits to take a free-kick, perhaps unaware of the check going on.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:43 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Sheff Utd 2-4 Brighton

The Blades made a triple change a few minutes ago.

On: James McAtee, Oliver McBurnie, Andre Brooks.

Off: Ben Osborn, William Osula, Ben Brereton Diaz.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Everton 1-1 Luton Town

    That would've been special!

Jack Harrison attempts a volley in mid-flight but possibly connects too well with it, firing over.

A first couple of Everton changes now, as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Dwight McNeil are replaced by Youssef Chermiti and Arnaut Danjuma.

  18. 'Buonanotte has been brilliant'published at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Sheff Utd 2-4 Brighton

    Carl Asaba
Former Sheffield United striker on BBC Radio Sheffield

Facundo Buonanotte is getting booed off by the home crowd, but he's been brilliant. A wonderful, wonderful footballer.

  19. Postpublished at 16:41 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Everton 1-1 Luton Town

    Izzy Christiansen
Former Everton and England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

I think there is a winning goal still in this game.

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:40 Greenwich Mean Time 27 January

    Leeds 1-1 Plymouth

    A change for Leeds.

Ian Poveda has come on for Wilfried Gnonto.
