  1. 'It's just instinct'

    Portsmouth 4-0 Reading

    Guy Whittingham

Former Portsmouth manager on BBC Radio Solent

Cool finish from Colby Bishop, tight angle to get it through. It's just instinct, isn't it?

Believe me, he would have seen Kusini Yengi stripping off.

You can have all the possession and all the chances but if you can't take them... that's Reading's problem.

  2. GOAL: Derby 1-0 Stevenage

    Louie Sibley (90 mins)

    The supersub does it!

Just as it seemed the Rams would slip eight points behind Portsmouth Louie Sibley pops up with what must be the winner.

Smith switches play out to Nathaniel Mendez-Laing who drives at his man and delivers a low pass into Sibley's feet.

The 81st0minute substitute guides it into the back of the net.

  3. GOAL: Portsmouth 4-0 Reading

    Colby Bishop (84 mins)

It's so harsh on Reading, but a 16th of the season for Colby Bishop.

The hosts work a clever set-piece and Royals keeper David Button spills Joe Rafferty's cross, allowing Bishop to finish into an empty net.

  4. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Stevenage

Looks like Stevenage are happy with a point.

Boro keeper Taye Ashby-Hammond attracts the ire of the home supporters and picks up a yellow for taking his time with a free-kick.

  5. GOAL: Tranmere 4-0 Stockport

    (Connor Jennings 85 mins)

Talk about rubbing salt into the wound...

Stockport are now four goals down, heading for defeat - and the latest goal's come from one of their former players, Connor Jennings.

Rob Apter sets him up for his 11th goal of the season and Rovers are celebrating again.

  6. GREAT SAVE!

    Portsmouth 3-0 Reading

Still no joy for the Royals.

The ball is lifted over the top to Sam Smith, but Pompey keeper Will Norris is able to turn his effort away despite losing his footing.

Reading have had seven shots on target, but nothing in the goals column.

  7. League One update

What a game at Whaddon Road! Cheltenham have scored two in quick succession to turn the tide against the side immediately above them in the table. They now lead Port Vale 3-2 in Darren Moore's first game in charge of the visitors.

Another side that have flipped the script are Burton. A couple of quick goals at Brisbane Road have given them the lead at Leyton Orient.

Bristol Rovers have halved their deficit away at Northampton, and Joseph Taylor's strike means Lincoln lead Exeter.

Looks like no way back for bottom side Carlisle, who now trail 3-0 at home to Cambridge.

  8. Post update

    Bolton 3-3 Charlton

Big chance for a fourth for the hosts.

Paris Maghoma races on to Jack Iredale's long ball and cuts inside, but gets his finish all wrong and sends his shot well wide.

  9. Post update

    Tranmere 3-0 Stockport

We were only half-serious about Jordan Turnbull being on a hat-trick - but the Tranmere defender goes close to grabbing his third with another header.

At the other end, Stockport have had chances through Kyle Wootton and Paddy Madden but you just feel it's not going to be their day.

  10. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Stevenage

Derby pressing for a winner here.

Tom Barkhuizen's low cross is cleared as far as Max Bird, whose curling first-time strike is pushed away by Taye Ashby-Hammond.

It's taken a while but they're finally building some pressure.

  11. League Two update

    #bbcefl

Game of the day at Salford? Karl Robinson's side led 1-0, trailed 2-1, and now lead 3-2 against Barrow thanks to Callum Hendry's second of the day.

Five goals too at Grimsby. The downside for the hosts is that Doncaster have got four of them. There has now been 29 goals in the last five matches at Blundell Park, but Dave Artell's side have scored just nine of them....

Morecambe have equalised in south-west London against AFC Wimbledon.

  12. Post update

    Wrexham 1-0 Notts County

Will we see late drama in this game again, just as we did last season?

Still just the one goal but James McClean almost doubled Wrexham's advantage, skimming the crossbar - and at, the other end, David McGoldrick's effort was ruled out for a handball.

As it stands, Wrexham will climb back into the automatic promotion places.

  13. GOAL: Bolton 3-3 Charlton

    Jon Dadi Bodvarsson (71 mins)

Bolton are level again - what a game!

Patient play from Josh Sheehan and he picks out fellow Josh, Dacres-Cogley.

He drills it across goal and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson taps in.

  14. 'Another inch and it bounces over the line'

    Portsmouth 3-0 Reading

    Mick Gooding

Ex-Reading player/manager on BBC Radio Berkshire

Great effort by Wing. He's got the dip, he's got the swerve. Another inch and it bounces over the line, no question.

  15. HITS THE WOODWORK

    Portsmouth 3-0 Reading

Reading really deserve something, but the ball still refuses to cross the line.

Lewis Wing's free-kick bounces down off the underside of the bar and is grabbed by a grateful Will Norris.

  16. Post update

    Derby 0-0 Stevenage

It's taken 68 minutes but Derby finally muster an attempt on the Stevenage goal.

Kane Wilson surges forward down the right wing and slides Nathaniel Mendez-Laing in with a lovely ball.

But the Rams midfielder can't wrap his foot around his shot and it goes wide of the near post.

  17. GOAL: Walsall 2-1 Mansfield

    (Emmanuel Adegboyega 65 mins)

Well, there's a crumb of comfort for Stockport - their closest challengers, Mansfield, are now behind again!

It's on-loan Norwich defender Emmanuel Adegboyega who does the honours for Walsall, heading home an Isaac Hutchinson corner and the Saddlers are back in front.

  18. Post update

    Portsmouth 3-0 Reading

Portsmouth are in cruise control now and almost have a fourth.

Conor Shaughnessy glances just wide from Marlon Pack's free-kick. Reading look broken.

  19. League One update

    #bbcefl

Shayne Lavery scores a penalty kick for Blackpool

Not often a football weekend goes by without a H Kane on the scoresheet, and Herbie has put Barnsley back in front at Fleetwood.

Shayne Lavery has got Blackpool back on level terms away at Peterborough, and Matthew Smith has put Wigan ahead at Shrewsbury.

  20. GOAL: Bolton 2-3 Charlton

    Daniel Kanu (61 mins)

    Bonkers!

Their last win came on 28 November and they're back in front in Lancashire.

Freddie Ladapo was held back and while he was appealing, the ball fell to Daniel Kanu inside the box and he finishes superbly on the turn, in off the post.
