  1. 'Late Galeno goal changed perspective'published at 19:14 Greenwich Mean Time 12 March

    Arsenal v Porto (agg: 0-1, 20:00 GMT)

    John Murray
Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Live

It could be a nervy, edgy night here in north London depending on how this second leg develops. That late goal from Galeno has absolutely changed the persepective of this tie altogether.

The Porto fans in that far corner of the stadium will be aware of the terrible record that their side has in England, but that Galeno goal in the first leg means that they don't have to win here tonight. A draw would be enough.

Porto XI: Costa, Mario, Pepe, Otavio, Wendell, Varela, Nico, Pepe, Conceicao, Evanilson, Galeno.

Subs: Ramos, Pedro, Cardoso, Sanchez, Grujic, Eustaquio, Jaime, Baro, Borges, Taremi, Namaso, Martínez.

Arsenal may be trailing in the tie but they have won all three of their Champions League home games this season by an aggregate score of 12-0.

They have never won four in a row at home without conceding in the competition.

Bukayo Saka, who starts again tonight, has both scored and assisted a goal in all three of his Champions League home appearances too.

Very nervous for Arsenal tonight. Porto are dark arts masters and will be doing everything in their power to stop this breaking into a football match. Longer it stays 0-0, the anxiety amongst the players and fans will grow. Early goal so important.

This is not going to be an easy game for Arsenal and I can see Porto going all out for the opening goal

Yes, it was a horrible moment for Aaron Ramsdale in the 2-1 win over Brentford on Saturday - especially with all eyes on him - but he made amends in the second half.

That showed real strength of character. He was also helped by the great support he received from Arsenal's fans.

I'm sure David Raya will be back against Porto tonight but who knows if Ramsdale will play again?

I fully expect him to leave in the summer because a keeper of his quality and ambition will want regular first-team football.

As for where he will go, I'm not quite sure. My initial thought was perhaps Chelsea but I have been impressed with Djordje Petrovic, so we will see.

Barcelona drew 1-1 in Italy against Napoli in the first leg but Barca boss Xavi wants his team to play without fear at home.

He said: "We have to be the better side here. We must not be afraid of making mistakes.

"The players need to control their emotions so they don't rebound against us.

"I expect to be up against a valiant Napoli side who will play out from the back and try to control possession.

"I don't think they will sit back with the tie as it is."

  9. 'We can control game better'published at 18:50 Greenwich Mean Time 12 March

Mikel Arteta says Arsenal can "control better" tonight's second leg, but hopes fans will bring the "energy" to help the team over the line.

The Gunners, who have been in impressive Premier League form, struggled to create chances in their 1-0 defeat in Portugal.

"Now we know them a bit better. We have played these kind of games many times in the Premier League - we played one two days ago," said Arteta.

"We'll just focus on being ourselves and do more of the things that we can control better than we did a few weeks ago.

"We have to make it happen but we have to be very good to achieve that."

It's the second leg ties in the last 16 and Arsenal need to come from behind to book their place in the quarter-finals.

They are trailing 1-0 to Porto but will hope the power of a home crowd at Emirates Stadium can help them get over the line.

Elsewhere, Barcelona welcome Napoli with the teams tied at 1-1 from the first leg.

We'll have updates from both games here...
