    Sheffield United 0-6 Arsenal

Another attack by Sheffield United with this time Jayden Bogle getting into the box but, like his team-mates, his shot isn't the best as he drives it well wide.

Still, at least there's been attacking intent from the Blades in this half.

Jesus must have thought he scored!

That was a good stop from Ivo Grbic, he was slightly unsighted too.

I can feel for Sheffield United fans from a personal experience and, parachute payments or not, it makes you wonder if, as a fan, promotion to the Premiership is worth it. We even had pundits saying Norwich should be banned from the top flight for bringing it into disrepute!

A rousing chant of "Sheffield United" from the home fans is actually applauded by a section of the Arsenal support. The loyalty of the United supporters who have stuck this out must be commended.

Arsenal are denied a seventh by an excellent save from Ivo Grbic. The Gunners break quickly with the ball worked to Gabriel Jesus, who tries to curl a shot into the far corner but Grbic pushes away.

Arsenal lose the ball just inside their own half and it allows William Osula the chance to run at goal. He has three Arsenal players closing on him and so he goes for goal, but his shot is high and very wide.

Jakub Kiwior has looked better in an Arsenal shirt the more games he has played.

That was a chance for another goalscorer to get on the scoresheet!

Arsenal have a corner. There's some shenanigans in the box as the ball comes in, so it has to be taken again. Good job as the first delivery was poor but Arsenal keep the ball alive from the second before Jakub Kiwior heads wide.

This is the first time I've genuinely thought, Arsenal look better than City. Am I mad? The intensity was incredible for 60 minutes, the crowd just love this team, and manager!

Can only beat what is in front of you, Alan as you say, and Arsenal beat what is in front of them very, very well.

Is it me or have Arsenal had some very easy fixtures lately. They're doing well as you can only beat what's in front of you as they say and they're certainly rattling in the goals but honestly - Burnley, West Ham, Palace & Sheff Utd. Wow. That's quite a list of bottom eight opponents excluding the Hammers is it not.

A very small amount of credit to Sheffield United - they have applied themselves better after the break. At least, they are running about a bit more.

That and all the subs have stemmed the Arsenal momentum.

Thomas Partey shows some early rustiness as he loses the ball to give Sheffield United the opportunity to attack, but Partey's team-mates sweep up the danger.

Even in Mourinhos days, I can't remember a team reverting to 11 behind the ball after 25 minutes - Sheffield United aren't even trying now.

I remember watching some videos of irate Arsenal fans in the first couple of seasons of Arteta's reign. They've gone awfully quiet recently. Really hoping Pochettino will be given the same grace, but somehow I doubt it.

Sheffield United make another change as Anel Ahmedhodzic is replaced by Oliver Arblaster, who makes his Premier League debut.

I hope the lad gets a goal as it otherwise doesn't feel the best game to make your first top-flight appearance in.
