There will be a St Johnstone change at the break, with Sven Sprangler coming on for Fran Franczak.

  3. Goal toil in Perthpublished at 20:47 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    HT: St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

Hearts have stopped the opposition from scoring a first-half goal in 19 of their 25 games, only Celtic (21) have done this more often in the Premiership this season.

Meanwhile, St Johnstone have failed to score a first-half goal in 18 of their 24 games.

    No wonder it's 0-0.

  4. A goal coming in Paisley?published at 20:46 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Mirren 0-0 Dundee

St Mirren go close again, this time through the head of Alex Gogic.

The Cypriot got across his man at the front post and glances a header all the way to the back post and wide.

Feels like a goal is coming.

  5. Postpublished at 20:44 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Hibernian 0-1 Celtic

For all their dominance in possession, there just hasn't quite been enough quality from Celtic in the final third.

Sportsound pundit John Collins has not been impressed by it on the radio...

  6. Postpublished at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Mirren 0-0 Dundee

St Mirren almost find the opener. Kwon slips Mikael Mandron through and he cuts his left-footed effort back across goal, but Trevor Carson - another former St Mirren man - produces a good save.

Both teams are trying to play.

  7. CLOSE!published at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Mirren 0-0 Dundee

Dundee have their best chance of the evening, and it comes from their recent goal-getter Jordan McGhee.

Owen Beck swings in a brilliant ball from the left and he finds his opposite wing-back free at the back post, but McGhee heads it just wide.

  8. First half to forget in Perthpublished at 20:39 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    HT: St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

    Tyrone Smith
BBC Sport Scotland at McDiarmid Park

Goalless at the break and, to be honest, it has been a pretty forgettable opening 45 minutes.

Hearts dominated the opening period but St Johnstone came back into things.

Neither side has had cutting edge, and as a result neither keeper has has been called in to any serious action.

Hopefully that all changes after the interval.

  9. Two decent sides matching uppublished at 20:37 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Mirren 0-0 Dundee

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at SMISA Stadium

There's been a bit of a dearth of chances so far in this one with flashes of quality not backed up by much final product.

Mikael Mandron had a sniff of one on the turn for St Mirren but hit it high over the bar.

These two sides look well matched. A little inspiration required to unlock this.

  10. HALF-TIME Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingstonpublished at 20:35 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

Not a half that anyone will hurry to watch back.

Livingston have been the better side though - the visitors have been solid at the back, and have posed a threat from set-pieces and on the break.

Killie haven't got going at all, there's plenty of work to do for Derek McInnes at the break.

  11. CLOSE!published at 20:35 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

Livingston are causing Kilmarnock all kinds of problems in transition and almost take the lead on the brink of half-time.

Tete Yengi beats the offside trap and goes through on Will Dennis' goal, but he can only slide his shot just wide of the far post.

David Martindale claps in encouragement from the dugout.

  12. HALF-TIME St Johnstone 0-0 Heartspublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

A drab first half in Perth.

Hearts started the better side and got some joy down the left through Alex Cochrane and Alan Forrest.

But St Johnstone have improved and looked lively at times, particularly Benjamin Kimpioka up top.

One shot on target in the whole half says it all, though.

  13. Postpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Mirren 0-0 Dundee

After 15 minutes, we have our first shot.

It comes after a spell of extended St Mirren pressure, which ended in Scott Tanser's cross being hooked over the bar by Mikael Mandron.

Dundee get up the pitch and Jordan McGhee whips in a cross from the right. No takers.

    An even start.

  14. Postpublished at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

Hearts right-back Dexter Lembikisa stands a good cross up to the back post, but Kenneth Vargas heads wide.

  15. Postpublished at 20:30 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Hibernian 0-1 Celtic

Lewis Miller making sure Callum McGregor knows he's back in the country.

It's a fair tackle, but the Australia international wipes the Celtic captain out of it.

    A proper old school challenge.

  16. Postpublished at 20:29 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

    Tyrone Smith
BBC Sport Scotland at McDiarmid Park

While the tempo of this game has dropped considerably, St Johnstone have grown in to it considerably and are finishing the half pretty strongly.

Benjamin Kimpioka's strength and pace up front is starting to give the visitors plenty to think about.

  17. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:28 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

Livingston winger Daniel Mackay goes round Will Dennis and slots home, having been played through on goal, but he went a split second early and the linesman's flag goes up for offside.

What a boost that would have been for David Martindale's side.

  18. CLOSE!published at 20:27 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Hibernian 0-1 Celtic

What a fizzing cross from Jordan Obita.

It's so quick it zips by his onrushing teammates, but it does then eventually bounce kindly to Elie Youan.

On first look it seems like he somehow blazes it high into the Leith sky, but it takes a vital nick off Liam Scales.

  19. CLOSE!published at 20:26 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

What a chance for St Johnstone!

Benjamin Kimpioka intercepts Stephen Kingsley's clearance, knocks the ball away from Frankie Kent to open up space for a shot.

But his wild swipe means the ball spins harmlessly away from goal.

  20. A few Killie grumblespublished at 20:26 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Rugby Park

They've seen their side do so well so this season against higher-placed opposition.

That said, a few of the home fans are already venting their frustrations at their players' inability to find a way through a well-drilled Livingston side.
