    Hibernian 0-1 Celtic

Tony Ralston, what a ping of a pass into the path of Adam Idah, but the striker just can't get it under his control.

That's the same problem for Daizen Maeda seconds later, with his first touch badly letting him down after sneaking in at the back post.

I think David Martindale wants a game. He's so far out of his technical area, he's nearly on the pitch.

Along trots the fourth official to give him a wee ticking off and usher him reluctantly back behind the dotted lines.

His side have started well, though, he's happy enough. Derek McInnes is less impressed, wanting more composure on the ball from his team.

St Johnstone are finally managing to get their foot on the ball a bit more, finding their way a bit further up the park.

For all the visitors' dominance, the final piece of the jigsaw, that cutting edge up top, has been missing so far.

But this is a Hearts team that have been banging in the goals of late, and one which boasts Lawrence Shankland, so Steven Naismith will be confident that cutting edge will reappear soon.

  5. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:16 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Mirren 0-0 Dundee

    And we're off in Paisley.

Four games, three different kick-off times.

  6. Solid start for the stugglerspublished at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Rugby Park

I think Livingston will be pretty happy with their opening 20 minutes or so.

They've settled into the game well enough and limited Killie to precious few opportunities.

The Lions had a decent one themselves from a free-kick just outside the box. Michael Nottingham headed weakly into Will Dennis' arms when he ought to have been troubling the home keeper.

  7. Postpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

Stephen Kingsley tests St Johnstone goalkeeper Dimitar Mitov at his near post, but it's a comfortable save.

  8. Postpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

David Carson has just had a shot that's spun out for a Kilmarnock throw-in.

Quite impressive how bad that was.

  9. Postpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

Michael Nottingham gets on the end of a Livingston set-piece but heads straight at Will Dennis.

    Decent chance, that.

GOAL! Hibernian 0-1 Celticpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Adam Idah (pen)

As cool as you like from Adam Idah. Not a bad way to mark your first Celtic start.

The striker sends David Marshall the wrong way with a powerful penalty kick.

  11. 'Johnston caught badly'published at 20:10 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Hibernian 0-0 Celtic

    John Collins
Former Hibernian manager on BBC Sportsound

No doubt it wasn't meant, but he has caught him badly.

  12. Postpublished at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Hibernian 0-0 Celtic

There doesn't seem to be any VAR intervention at Easter Road.

That nasty head knock for Alistair Johnston has won his side a penalty but he's going to have to make way on a stretcher.

  13. ouch!

Ouch!published at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Rugby Park

Greg Stewart appears to take one flush in the chest from his own side.

Tom Davies' fine volley from the edge of the area following a corner was hit like a rocket.

That stings extra badly on a cold night like this. Stewart looked momentarily dazed but is fine to continue.

  14. Postpublished at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

    Tyrone Smith
BBC Sport Scotland at McDiarmid Park

An early booking for St Johnstone's Luke Robinson for a challenge on Kenneth Vargas.

It could now be a long night for Robinson, he will certainly need to be very careful given the way Hearts are continuing to completely dominate this game.

  15. PENALTY to Celtic!published at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Hibernian 0-0 Celtic

A head knock in the box... is it enough to be a penalty, though? Nick Walsh says yes.

Nectarios Triantis has clashed with Alistair Johnston, who is in quite a bit of pain, and Anthony Ralston will replace him. A stretcher is on.

  16. Postpublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Hibernian 0-0 Celtic

Hibernian didn't touch the ball in the first two minutes, held on to it for 10 seconds, and then conceded a corner.

Could be a long night at that rate for the home side...

  17. Postpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Livingston

Tete Yengi has just made a mess of a massive chance.

The Livi striker is clean through on goal, but the ball somehow bounces away off his heel and Killie get players back.

  18. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:01 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

Away we go at Easter Road.

Three of the four games under way.

    St Mirren v Dundee (20:15)

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at SMiSA Stadium

    Hopefully in this case.

I'm not sure there was absolute consensus on this delay to kick-off given the murmurs I heard around the tunnel area, but both teams will just have to get on with it now.

On the park, these sides have a lot to be positive about. A win for either begins to add significant gloss to already productive campaigns.

  20. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 19:59 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February

    St Johnstone 0-0 Hearts

Hearts are screaming for a penalty here.

Alan Forrest's cross is blocked by Andy Considine. It does look like it's hit the Saints defender's arm.

But they were firmly by his side.

A quick VAR check and on we go.
